During the treatment and in the followup duration, 8 eyes (8/13) had new tumors and recurrences. Finally, 2 eyes (2/13) were enucleated whil e 11 eyes (11/13) were saved in which 8 (8/11) recovered or remained good visual acuity. None of 9 patients had serious side effects of chemotherapy like leucoc ythemia, functional damage of liver and kidney, and dysacousia.

治疗期间及治疗后随访期间共有8只眼出现了肿瘤和肿瘤种植的复发和新发，经补充冷冻和TTT治疗后，最终2只眼（2/13）摘除，11只眼得以保留，其中8只眼恢复或保持较好有用视力。9例患者均未发生白血病、肝肾功能及听力损害等严重化学治疗毒性反应。

Results: Calvaria of pterygium were separated very easy from laminca elastica anterior. No turbidity of influence sight came forth postoperative other 12 eyes central cornea, in addition to 1 eye central cornea was destroyed by pterygium.

结果：术中非常容易把翼状胬肉头端与前弹层分离，除1眼的角膜中央区术中就有翼状胬肉浸润性混浊外，其他12眼术后角膜中央无影响视力的混浊。

For HOAs in emmetropic eyes, there are no significant differences between the left and right eyes. HOAs has a negative relationship with age and a positive relationship with pupil size (age0 years).

After surgical reconstruction, improvement of extraocular movement limitation was found in 16 patients (88%); improvement of vision in 14 cases (60%); improvement of enophthalmos in 6 cases (26%). 14 cases with infraorbital hypoesthesia showed improvement in 8 patients.

The research cases are the patients with single lateral orbital fracture accepted treatment in the trauma center of Peking university school and hospital of stomatology during 2004.9 to 2007.3. All patients accepted ophthalmological examination including the degree of enophthalmos, the degree of diplopia and eyesight.

METHODS:Forty cases of traumatic optic neuropathy were analyzed retrospectively. Univariate analysis (Chi-square test) and logistic regression were performed to filter the risk factors to the visual prognosis of traumatic optic neuropathy. Eight variables were tested, including corticosteriod treatment in 2 days after trauma,no light perception,frontal or temple trauma,orbital hemorrhage and/or fracture,disturbance of consciousness,age ,other ocular trauma and presence of blood within the sphenoidal or ethmoidal sinus.

回顾分析40例外伤性视神经病变患者的临床资料，将伤后2d内是否接受激素治疗，伤后有无光感，有无意识障碍，是否有额颞部受伤，有无眶内积血和或眼眶骨折，患者年龄，是否合并其它眼外伤及是否有蝶、筛窦积血等8个变量纳入研究，通过单因素分析（χ 2检验）和多因素分析（Logistic回归分析），筛选出影响外伤性视神经病变视力预后的危险因素。
