Methods 31 type 2 diabetes patients were divided into two groups.16 patients in the group one were treated with insulin only.15 patients in the group two were treated with insulin combined with oral antidiabetic agents.

Methods:MTT assay was used to detect PGPG homotypic adhesion and PGmatrix adhesion,and PGHUVEC adhesion was determined by Rose Bengal stain.
