Daily-growth increment of otolith and growth of Japanese parrotfish were studied and research objects were taken from Zhoushan Fishries Research Institute in April 2009. Microscopic observation was performed on the growth of the otolith during the embryonic development of artificially fertilized eggs and the formation of the first daily growth increment on otolith of larvae.

2009年4月15日－5月5日在浙江省舟山水产研究所条石鲷人工繁殖期间，逐日选择胚胎和仔鱼样本，连续解剖观察发育后期胚胎和前期仔鱼，光镜观察仔鱼矢耳石和微耳石的形态、日轮数，测定其直径，研究条石鲷的耳石日轮和生长。

Methods Wistar middle cerebral artery occlusion reperfusion rat model was established by thread ligation. The infarction focus formation was observed by TTC staining. AIF expression in ischemia region of cortex of parietal lobe and nerve cell apoptosis degree in sham operation group, MCAO 90 min and reperfusion 0, 3, 6, 12, 24, 48 and 72 h were observed by TUNEL and immunohistochemistry technique.

应用线栓法建立Wistar大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞再灌注模型，TTC染色观察梗死灶的形成，应用原位末端标记和免疫组化技术分别观察大鼠假手术组、MCAO 90 min再灌注0、3、6、12、24、48、72 h时额顶叶皮层缺血脑区AIF表达及神经细胞凋亡程度的变化。

Methods By simple randomization, divided 77 diabetics into two groups: the control group include 37 subjects taking vitamin B1 and vitamin B6, the other group include 40 subjects taking the prescription with milk vetch etc, to find the changing of MDNS by concurrent randomized control.
