Objective: To observe the effects of acupuncture on hyperlipidemia and hyperviscosity in the old people, Methods: Sixty subjects in treatment group were treated with acupuncture plus Ligustrazine, and another 60 subjects in control group were treated simply with Ligustrazine.

目的：观察针灸对老年人高脂血症及高粘血症的影响。方法：针灸配合川芎嗪治疗老年人高脂血症及高粘血症60例，并与单纯用川芎嗪治疗的60例作疗效对比观察。

Methods:Animal models of 25 adult mixed breed dogs were established by transverse osteotomy at bilateral iliopectineal crest,which were fixed with ATMFS anterior column connector and steel plate respectively. The animals were examined at 2,4,6,8,and 12 weeks by X-ray,macropathological observation and biomechanical test. Tetracin fluorescent labeling,HE staining,Masson triad colour staining,in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical method were performed and histological image analysis were applied.

建立犬双侧骨盆弓状线骨折的动物模型，分别采用ATMFS前柱固定器和5孔重建钢板内固定，于术后2、4、6、8、12周分别行影像学检查、大体观察及生物力学测试；采用四环素荧光标记法、HE染色、Masson三色染色法、原位杂交法、免疫组织化学法进行组织学观察并图像分析；采用RT-PCR法检测骨折端不同时期骨钙蛋白和核心转录因子mRNA相对表达量的变化。

The result showed that the imbricative cuticle scales arranged irregularly with different distance and irregular orientation. There were overlapping of cuticle cells, smoothing of the zigzag appearance of their edges, local denudation and attached debris.

观察结果表明：矿工头发超微结构的变化主要表现为毛小皮鳞片排列疏密不均，毛小皮间的间距有宽有窄、走向不甚规则；观察到有数个毛小皮细胞相互重叠，游离缘锯齿状变得较为平滑，局部出现片层脱落及在毛干表面附着一些碎片。

Methods: After transferred pcDNA3.1/hTM plasmid into rabbit artery by high-pressure injection, rabbit common iliac artery were cut and anastomosed again. At the 14 days and 28days after second operation, we checked inside diameter of anastomotic stoma and blood flow velocity by color Doppler. The treated artery were sliced and stained by Verhoeff. Local neointima formation and the ratio stenosis of intervascular were calculated by computer.

用注射式加压转染的方式对兔动脉壁转染pcDNA3.1/hTM质粒，再制造动脉损伤-阻滞模型，于术后14天、28天用彩色多普勒观察活体吻合口内径和血流流速；再做病理切片Verhoeff染色，观察血管内膜增生的程度、部位，计算血管内膜面积、中膜面积和血管狭窄率。

After model reproducing, the rabbits were randomized to receive a directly intramyocardial injection of either pcDNA3-bFGF 100μg (n=19) or pcDNA3 100μg (n=18). Animals were sacrificed 2, 6 or 12 weeks later, immunohistochemistry analysis was performed to study expression of bFGF gene at protein level, histologic analysis was performed to evaluate the effect of angiogenesis induced by gene therapy.
