The heart failure model of rabbit was established by intravenous administration of 20g/L pentobarbital sodium (0.15 mL·kg〓·min〓) at a certain rate. Oral tube perfusion of Ginger extraction was administrated after the establishment of the model. Their hemodynamic changes were detected before and after the model establishment, and at 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 150 minutes respectively after the ginger administration by a RM-6000 4-graph physiological monitor.

干姜提取物对兔急性心衰模型心脏功能及血流动力学的影响及其与四逆汤作用的比较方法以50只纯种新西兰兔为研究对象，随机分为低、中、高剂量干姜组，溶剂对照组和四逆汤对照组，共5组，以0.15mL·kg〓·min〓静脉恒速给予20g／L戊巴妥钠的方法建立兔急性心力衰竭模型，造模成功后，经口插管入胃灌服受试品，用RM—6000四道生理仪测定造模前、造模成功时及用药后5min、10min、15min、20min、30min、45min、60min、90min、120min、150min兔的心肌舒缩性能指标，观察各时段指标的变化情况。

目的 探讨干姜提取物和四逆汤对心衰兔心脏舒缩性能的作用异同方法以40只纯新西兰兔研究对象，随机分为高、中、低剂量干姜组和四逆汤组共4组，用恒速滴注戊巴比妥钠的方法建立兔急性心力衰竭模型，造模成功后，经口插管入胃灌服受试品，用RM-600四道生理仪测定造模、造模成功时及用药后5min、10min、15min、20min、30min、45min、60min、90min、120min、150min兔的心肌舒缩性能指标，观察各时段指标的变化情况。

We examined the effects of Gyp on human leukemia HL-60 and mouse WEHI-3 cells. Therefore, the results from flow cytomertic analysis indicated that Gyp arrest cell cycle in G0/G1 and induced apoptosis in both examined cell lines. We also used DAPI stain and DNA gel electrophoresis to confirm Gyp induced apoptosis in both cell lines.

本实验探讨绞股蓝皂甘是否对於人类血癌细胞株（HL-60）和小鼠血癌细胞株（WEHI-3）诱发抗癌活性机转，藉由流式细胞仪分析结果发现绞股蓝皂甘能够让细胞周期停滞於G0/G1期，最后走向细胞凋亡，此结果可经由DNA电泳观察到DNA断裂情形得到证实。

Flow cytometric also used for analysis the levels of reactive oxygen species, Ca2+ and mitochondrial membrane potential in both cell lines. The results showed Gyp promoted ROS and Ca2+ production and decreased the MMP level. Western blotting show that Gyp treatment gradually decreased the levels of anti-apoptotic protein (Bcl-2), but increased the levels of the pro-apoptotic protein.

除此之外，也藉由流式细胞仪分析测得经绞股蓝皂甘作用后的人类血癌细胞（HL-60）和小鼠血癌细胞（WEHI-3）里的活性氧化物浓度上升、钙离子释放以及粒线体膜电位下降等细胞凋亡重要指标，此结果可经由西方墨点法指出绞股蓝皂甘能使癌细胞中的抗凋亡蛋白Bcl-2表现量下降；促凋亡蛋白Bax表现量上升，同时也藉由共轭焦显微镜观察到致死蛋白AIF、Endo-G从粒线体释放至细胞核。

2NGF对4种人肿瘤细胞均有细胞毒性作用，且呈剂量依赖关系，尤其是对MGC-803和BEL-7404的抑制作用更强，作用24h的IC50值分别为49.9mg/L和55.46mg/L，荧光显微镜下可观察到MGC-803凋亡细胞的主要特点为：细胞体积缩小，染色质固缩，橘红色荧光增强；流式细胞仪检测到MGC-803细胞的早期凋亡率随NGF浓度的增高而增加，各浓度组与对照组的早期细胞凋亡率比较有明显差异(P＜0.01)。
