MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The morphology of BMSCs was observed by the inverted phase contrast microscope. Expression of BMSC surface antigens was detected by flow cytometer. Osteogenous potential was assessed by alkaline phosphatase staining. Adipogenic potential was evaluated by Oil red O staining. Chondrogenic potential was assessed by toluidine blue staining.

主要观察指标：倒置相差显微镜下观察骨髓间充质干细胞的生长状态，流式细胞仪检测细胞表面标志物的表达，采用碱性磷酸酶染色鉴定成骨能力，以油红O染色鉴定成脂能力，以甲苯胺蓝染色鉴定成软骨能力。

MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Morphological changes in primary cultured and subcultured mouse BMSCs were measured. BMSC surface antigen of the second passage of mice (CD105, CD44, CD25, CD34) were determined using flow cytometry. The modified method was assessed to harvest the purity of stem cells. Activity of mouse BMSCs was identified using adipogenic and osteoplastic differentiation. The strength of fluorescent cells following multiple passage was observed.

主要观察指标：原代及传代小鼠骨髓间充质干细胞形态变化；对第2代小鼠骨髓间充质干细胞表面抗原，CD105，CD44，CD25，CD34进行流式细胞仪检测，评价改良方法获取干细胞纯度；通过成脂成骨分化，鉴定小鼠骨髓间充质干细胞的活性；观察多次传代后荧光细胞强度。

METHODS: Doppler tissue velocity mode was used and the tricuspid annulus movements of anterior, septal and posterior attachment points in 60 healthy people were detected from apical four chamber view (AP 4CV), parasternal four chamber view (PS 4CV) and apical right heart two chamber view (AP RH 2CV).

应用sequoia 512彩色电脑声像仪，探头型号3V2c，H 3.5 MHz，选用胸骨旁四腔切面（PS 4CV）、心尖四腔切面（AP 4CV）观察60名健康志愿者三尖瓣环前瓣及隔瓣附着点，心尖右心两腔切面（AP RH 2CV）观察三尖瓣环后瓣附着点。

Methods : MTr assay was used to examine the effect of Sorbaria sorbifolia on the proliferation of HepG-2 cell and flow cytometry was used for the cell cycle distribution.

采用MTT比色法观察珍珠梅提取物抑制肝癌HepG-2细胞增殖；采用流式细胞仪检测其对HepG-2细胞周期分布的影响，同时结合倒置显微镜、HE染色、透射电镜及免疫细胞化学方法检测凋亡相关基因bcl-2、p53的蛋白表达，观察其诱导肝癌HepG-2细胞凋亡的作用。

Morphology of the EPCs was observed, and the growth curve of the EPCs was investigated. Surface antigens of the EPCs were analyzed by the flow-cytometer. Methods HOS cell line was treated with various concentrations of tretinoin in different durations in vitro. Proliferation suppression was observed by MTT method and invert microscope before and after tretinoin treatment, and protracting cell growth curve. The cell growth and invasion ability was measured with the colony-formation rate in soft agar test.
