Methods The lyophilized platelets were rehydrated after being preserved 30 days. The change of morphology and ultrastructure of platelets was observed under the light microscope and transmission electron microscope. The survival rate and apoptosis rate of platelets were analyzed by flow cytometry. The aggregation rates of rehydrated lyophilized platelets were measured by using 1 U/mL thrombin.

以新鲜血小板为对照，以保存30d后再水化的冻干血小板为实验对象，分别在倒置相差显微镜和透射电镜下观察血小板的细胞形态和超微结构，用流式细胞仪检测血小板凋亡率，并以1×10^3U/L凝血酶为诱导剂检测再水化血小板的聚集活性。

Methods Simulated the process of firing and repolishing when fabricate porcelain fused to metal restoration in clinic, then observed the microstructures of alloys by Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy and X-ray energy spectrometer.

The tensile properties of under-aged 3J21 alloy at room and low temperatures were studied on a universal tensile teat machine. Moreover, a metallographic microscope and X-ray diffractometer were used to analyze the metallographic structure and physical phase of the alloy in a cold rolled and under-aged state. By employing a transmission electron microscope the structure of the alloy under the above-cited two states was observed and the X-ray diffraction results being verified.

在万能拉伸机上对欠时效态3J21合金室温及低温条件下的拉伸性能进行研究，并采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪对冷轧状态和欠时效态的金相组织及物相进行分析，采用TEM观察两种状态的组织和结构，验证了X射线衍射结果。

Results: The growth of NB4 cells was inhibited significantly after treated with berbamine at different concentrations for different time points, the IC50 value was 3.860μg/ml at 48 hours. Morphology analysis showed the characteristics of apoptosis, and the DNA agarose electrophoresis showed the typical DNA ladder. The apoptosis rate increased from 2.83% to 58.44% after treated with berbamine at 12μg/ml for 18 hours. The expression of PML-RARα mRNA presented no significant changes, however, Survivin mRNA was decreased dramatically.

结果：经不同浓度小檗胺处理不同时间后，NB4细胞生长出现明显的抑制，并呈现明显的时间剂量依赖性，48h IC50为3.860μg/ml；细胞形态学观察可见细胞凋亡现象，DNA琼脂糖电泳显示典型的凋亡梯形图：流式细胞仪检测发现细胞凋亡率明显增加，经48h作用后，凋亡率从2.83%增至12μg/ml时的58.44%；虽未发现药物作用后PML/RARα基因表达量的改变，但检测到NB4细胞经药物作用后Survivin基因表达量的减少和Caspase3表达的增加，Caspse3阳性率从对照组的2.06%增至12μg/ml时的70.89%。

PartⅡEffects of different surface treatments on microstructure of porcelain fused to electroformed copings and metal-ceramic interface Materials and Methods: Five electroformed copings were made in the size of 5 mm×5 mm, different surface treatments were taken respectively, including no treatment, 50μm Al_2O_3 sand blasting, 110μm Al_2O_3 sand blasting, preoxidation after 110μm Al_2O_3 sand blasting, gold bonder applying after 50μm Al_2O_3 sand blasting. Another two metal-ceramic specimens by electroforming were made in the size of 20 mm×5 mm.

第二部分不同表面处理对金沉积基底及金瓷界面显微结构的影响材料和方法：制作5mm×5mm大小的金沉积片5个，分别经以下处理：表面未处理，表面50μm、110μm Al_2O_3喷砂，110μm Al_2O_3喷砂+预氧化，110μm Al_2O_3喷砂+金黏结剂；另外制作金沉积烤瓷试件2个，扫描电镜下观察金沉积基底层和金瓷界面形貌，能谱仪进行元素扫描分析。

Methods Human monocyte cell line THP-1 was cultured and induced to macrophage by PMA treatment. The effect of 9-cisRA on the differentiation induced by PMA was studied. Cell morphology was observed by phase contrast microscope and the adhesion rate of THP-1 was detected by methyl thiazolyltetrazolium assay. The cell surface markers involved in differentiation of mono cyte/macmphage (CD11b, CD36) were analyzed by flow cytometry.
