MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:① Observation of brain structure at week 18 when rats were decapitated.

主要观察指标：①观察18周断头后大鼠的脑组织结构。

WANG Wei-Ting, GUO Lian-Jun, QU Ling, WANG Fang, LU Qing, QIAN Jia-Qing(Department of Pharmacology, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong Universityof Science and Technology, Wuhan 430030, China)By using decapitating, intravenous injection of saturated MgCl2 and legation of bilateral carotid arteries with vagi, theeffects of 1-(2,6-dimethylphenoxy)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenylethyl- amino) propane hydrochloride on survival time in mice were studied. With the model of cerebral ischemia for 20 min and reperfusion for 10 min, effects of DDPH on the superoxide dismutases activity and malondialdehyde content in brain tissue and pathological changes were studied.

采用断颅，iv饱和MgCl2溶液及结扎双侧颈总动脉和迷走神经等法造成小鼠脑缺血模型，观察1-(2，6-二甲基苯氧基)-2-（3，4-二甲氧基苯乙氨基）丙烷盐酸盐对小鼠脑缺血后存活时间的影响；采用小鼠脑缺血（20 min）再灌注(10 min)模型，观察DDPH对脑组织超氧化物歧化酶活性，丙二醛含量及组织病理损伤的影响。

Thus the surgical anal canal was restorated. All the 100 patients were divided into two groups: treatment and control group( external decorticating and internal ligating method ). Cure rate, the wound healing time, the anal function and complications after surgery were observed.

Observations on embryonic stage and nuclear number The embryonic development stage of encysted embryos of four Artemia populations from Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was studied with paraffin section method, and the nuclei numbers of encysted embryos were estimated by counting nuclear on squashed preparations.
