论文第一部分参照杨连甲的方法从小牛骨基质中提取bBMP，经SDS-PAGE电泳分析，bBMP保留有BMP活性蛋白成分，植入小鼠股部肌肉后的X线及组织学观察发现，所提取的bBMP具有较高的骨诱导活性，诱导成骨的时间和过程与以往的报道一致。bBMP诱导骨形成过程呈现连续又具显著的阶段性，本研究结合组织学和组织化学观察的特点，将其全过程分为四个时期。

Methods Two-hundred cases of patients without bed sore(140 cases) or with grade one bed sore in the sacrococcygeal region (60 cases) were both divided into two groups in order of admission, parted or circlelike air cushions were applied for 10 days respectively, then clinical observation and comparison were performed.

结果］各项酶学检验无异常；组织学光镜下观察到竖脊肌纤维部分溶解变性，肌纤维肥大，少量炎性细胞浸润；电镜下观察到肌纤维灶状溶解，核周线粒体聚集，胞内脂滴、溶酶体增多，肌卫星细胞增殖分化。

Result］All of enzyme tests were normal.The author could observe the dissolved degeneration of part of sacrospinal muscle fibers,muscle fiber hypertrophy,and a small quantity of inflammatory cell infiltration with a light microscope.Focal solution of muscle fiber,the aggregation of mitochondria around the nucleus,the increase of lipid droplet and lysosome in cyte,and the proliferation and differentiation of muscle satellite cell could be observed with an electron microscope.

结果］各项酶学检验无异常；组织学光镜下观察到竖脊肌纤维部分溶解变性，肌纤维肥大，少量炎性细胞浸润；电镜下观察到肌纤维灶状溶解，核周线粒体聚集，胞内脂滴、溶酶体增多，肌卫星细胞增殖分化。

The safety observes to express,this study confirms that Fuyuankang capsule with acupuncture is no influence to schizophreniac blood, urine, stool,electrocardiogram,liver function and kidney function,during clinical observe period,We did not find toxicity and side effect.

本研究的结论是中药复元康胶囊及单纯针刺、针药结合治疗精神分裂症的其机理是通过调节自由基代谢可以达到治疗精神分裂症。安全性观察表明，复元康胶囊对患者血、尿、便、心电及肝肾功能皆无影响，临床观察期间，未发现毒副作用。

The recovery time of body temperature,the improvement time of general state,the extinction time of scleredema,and therapeutic efficacy of both groups were observed.

结果 观察组患儿体温恢复时间、一般情况好转时间及硬肿消退时间较对照组明显缩短(P.05)，观察组总有效率（96.6%）明显高于对照组（86.4%，P.05。

Twenty two child patients in the control group were given conventional therapy;based on the conventional therapy,thirty cases in the observation group were given 1-2 mL.kg.d-1 compound salvia injection and Vitamin E as reginal external use.The recovery time of body temperature,the improvement time of general state,the extinction time of scleredema,and therapeutic efficacy of both groups were observed.

将52例寒冷损伤综合征患儿分为2组，对照组22例采用常规治疗，观察组30例在常规治疗基础上加用复方丹参注射液1～2 mL·kg-1·d-1及维生素E局部外用，观察患儿体温恢复时间、一般情况好转时间、硬肿消退时间及治疗效果。
