为探索活动期佝偻病的免疫状态及和RAI的关系，笔者对92例AR患儿的细胞免疫及体液免疫功能进行观察，现总结分析如下。1对象及方法1.1对象92例活动期佝偻病患儿设为观察组，诊断均符合1980年全国佝偻病防治科研协作组修订的诊断标准。92例中男52例，女40例，年龄3个月~1岁48例，1~3岁39例，3岁以上5例。56例检验结果正常的儿童设为对照组，正常值50%，其中男34例，女22例，年龄6个月~3岁。

Objective:The study mainly utilize the raphanus which is a edible Chinese officinal herb and has little side-effect, easily accepted, steadly effect, and so on, to exploit its pharmacological value on gastrointestinal motility. By observing the effects of the crude extract of radishon the electrogastrogram,gastric emptying and small bowel peristalsis activity of the rats in vivo ,the effects of Ecr on gastrointestinal motility could be manifested. Furthermore, the contrast study about the effects of gastrointestinal motility was also observed among Ecr domperidone and prepulsid. The mechanism was explored by observing Ecr on the expression of Fos protein of the dorsal vagal complex.

目的：本研究主要利用十字花科萝卜属植物白萝卜作为食源性中药，具有副作用少、易被接受、作用稳定等特点，通过白萝卜提取物(The crude extract of radish，Ecr)对在体大鼠胃排空、肠推进、胃电活动的观察，并与经典的促胃肠动力药物进行对比观察，研究提取物对大鼠胃肠动力的作用；进一步通过研究提取物对大鼠中枢支配胃运动的迷走复合体(Dorsal vagal complex，DVC)中Fos蛋白表达的影响，从而反映DVC被激活的情况，来探讨白萝卜提取物促进胃肠动力的机制，从而为其在胃肠动力相关的功能性疾病的治疗上的应用提供实验基础和理论依据。

对象和方法：对2例未破裂动脉瘤和11例破裂的动脉瘤壁分别进行常规HE染色观察，应用免疫组化的方法，用MIP-1α和MCP-1的单克隆抗体，分别观察MIP-1α和MCP-1在蛋白水平于未破裂动脉瘤和破裂的动脉瘤壁内的表达及位置。

The algorithm is applied in the segmentation of Magnetic Resonance Imaging of human brain for the 3D reconstruction on dependent of different human tissue structures, in which the problem on wraps between different tissues and fuzzy edges between the different regions in medical volume data may better be settled, which can not be well done by the typical"hard"segmentation using binary logical representation.(3) An accelerated algorithm of volume rendering with X-ray perspective and Phong shading effect based on textures mapping and blending is presented for realizing 3D reconstruction of medical volume data by 2D texture mapping and blending, in which the accelerated algorithm of window transformation is utilized to computing voxels' gray scales and opacities to produce X-ray perspective images, and Phone illumination model is used to import world light sources and an unit spherical surface under the same shading environment as the actual volume rendering is employed to simulate the real reflectional light of per-voxel so that 3D reconstruction possesses illumination effect in the world. Furthermore, 3D matrix transformations of degree rotation and other operations of 3D object are studied, and a fast equivalent method of corresponding shading correction is brought forward to improve its interaction speed in volume rendering process.

该方法利用体数据的窗口变换加速算法将医学体数据转换为计算机显示值，可以得到具有X光透视效果三维图像；该方法提出的Phong明暗处理加速算法利用Phong光照模型引入外部光源，使用一单位球面体来仿真体数据的法线矢量集所产生的反射光强，以快速得到每一个体素的反射光强度，使物体的三维重建达到现实世界中人眼直接观察的逼真效果；此外，还研究了三维重建物体的三维旋转等矩阵变换，提出了一种Phong明暗修正的快速算法来保证了体绘制中三维几何变换的多视角观察的交互速度。

本实验体外观察MSC与VSMC在直接接触培养下的分化情况，并以MSC为载体，通过体外细胞基因转染及筛选，获得双重稳定受到强力霉素调控表达AT2R基因的MSC，将此受到调控表达的AT2R基因导入大鼠颈动脉球囊损伤动物模型中，观察MSC细胞移植实现AT2R基因在体可调控表达在新生内膜中形成的作用及潜在意义。

In design teaching, the teaching characteristics of design major should be integrated to strengthen the training of hand molding ability, intensify the process of students' visualization consideration, reobservation, rediscovery and recreation for the design objects, which improves the students' abilities of finding problems, observing problems and analyzing problems and finally foster the students' abilities of hand molding and design.
