Objective To observe the effects of urapidil,phentolamine,glyceryl trinitrate or phenylephdrinum on the isolated tracheal smooth muscle in rabbit.Methods KCl,Ach and electrical stimulation were used to induce the contraction of the isolated rabbit tracheal smooth muscle.

目的 观察常用降压药和升压药对气管平滑肌张力的影响，探讨其作用机制方法观察不同浓度乌拉地尔对氯化钾、乙酰胆碱、电脉冲三刺激因素诱发的兔离体气管平滑肌收缩力变化的影响；观察酚妥拉明、去氧肾上腺素和硝酸甘油对电刺激诱发的气管平滑肌收缩力的影响。

Methods: To observe symptom, sign changes to show the curative effect of Jianzhong Yuyang Pill to treat splenic asthenia Gastric Ulcer by clinical research; to observe spirit, activity, appetite, fur and intestinal tympanites to determine the change of splenic asthenia by Jianzhong Yuyang Pill by animal experimental research.

临床观察从症状、体征、症候疗效方面观察健中愈疡片治疗脾气虚型胃溃疡的效果，动物实验从精神、活动、食欲、皮毛及肠胀气等方面观察健中愈疡片对脾虚证的改善情况。

Results In cases without complication , the NFC could not be observed within 3 days after operation ; While all the cases with veinous crisis , the NFC appeared within 12 hours. But the NFC did not appear in all cases with artery crisis.

结果断指再植术后顺利的病例，术后3 d 以后才能观察到2～5 条甲襞毛细血管襻出现，7 d 后甲襞毛细血管襻数量和襻内血流状况恢复到正常水平；术后出现静脉危象的病例，均于术后12 h 内观察到较多粗大、无有形物流动的甲襞毛细血管襻；动脉危象则始终不能观察到甲襞毛细血管襻。

主要内容建立大鼠VILI实验模型，观察各种细胞膜受体（包括整合素受体、生长因子受体、G蛋白偶联受体）及其配体在大潮气量机械通气时的表达变化；应用各种受体的特异性阻断剂，观察对大鼠VILI信号转导通路以及炎症因子表达的影响；应用各种非特异性阻断剂，观察对大鼠VILI信号转导通路以及炎症因子表达的影响。

It was showed that pectenolone and pectenoxanthin were all found in Gonads, hepatopancreas, mantle and gill, among of them, ovary, hepatopancreas and gill possessed more carotenoid than other tissues, but no carotenoids were found in the white muscles of Yesso scallops. Hepatopancreas contains a variety other carotenoids some kind of other not identified beside pectenolone and pectenoxanthin. 利用HPLC法对橘红/白色闭壳肌虾夷扇贝各组织中含有的类胡萝卜素种类和含量，结果表明，虾夷扇贝在性腺、肝胰腺、外套膜、鳃丝中均含有类胡萝卜素pectenolone和pectenoxanthin，白色闭壳肌中未检测到类胡萝卜素，其中肝胰腺除上述两种类胡萝卜素外，还含有其他多种未鉴定的类胡萝卜素；在各组织中，雌性性腺、肝胰腺、鳃丝中类胡萝卜素的含量较高；橘红色闭壳肌虾夷扇贝各组织中的类胡萝卜素含量高于白色闭壳肌虾夷扇贝；雌性虾夷扇贝中的类胡萝卜素的含量高于雄性。4累积类胡萝卜素对虾夷扇贝闭壳肌的形态结构和化学成分的影响本文对橘红色闭壳肌进行了常规HE染色切片观察，并未观察到异常现象；超薄切片透射电镜观察发现橘红色闭壳肌在肌纤维类型及基质密度等方面有别于白色闭壳肌，在橘红色闭壳肌中有三种肌纤维，其中疏松型肌纤维为橘红色闭壳肌特有。

There were 15 pediatric ALL patients, which had received 50 times of chemotherapy with HD-MTX. The records about blood concentration of MTX and clinical conditions for 50 times chemotherapy were divided into two groups. Group I: contained 25 records of stand-risk patients, administering MTX 3.0g/m2; Group II: contained 25 records of mid and high-risk patients, administering 5.0g/m2. Continuous intravenous dripped MTX for 24th in both two groups, while implemented hydrating and alkalizing for 4 days. All patients were rescued 6 times through leucovorin, 15mg/m~2, since 12th after the end of MTX dripping. Then examined the blood concentration of MTX by fluorescence polarization immunoassay approach at 24h, 44h, 68h, at the same time inspected liver function, blood routine examination, the occurrence time and degree of toxicological reactions.

观察15例ALL住院患儿，接受大剂量MTX共50例次，按ALL危险度分2组，低危治疗组接受MTX剂量为3.0g/m2为I组；中高危治疗组接受MTX剂量为5.0g/m2为II组，连续静脉点滴MTX共24小时，同时给予水化碱化治疗，共4天，全部病例均在MTX滴注结束后12小时开始静脉推注四氢叶酸钙(leucovorin，LV)解救，15mg/m2/次，共6次，采用免疫偏振荧光法检测药物滴注24、44、68小时MTX血药浓度，同时检测两组病例的肝功、血常规，观察临床出现MTX毒副反应的时间及程度，观察每个病例毒副反应出现程度与MTX血药浓度关系，两组毒副反应程度比较，进行统计学分析。

The participants are interviewed one-to-one and the result shows that when students are conjecturing geometry, different ways of initial observational behaviors for picture cards appear, and that the behavior of collecting data is related to the whole amount and the correct rate of conjectures. Most of the students adopt the method of only observing one piece of diagram during the initial period of observation and are able to attain more correct and bigger amount of conjectures.

结果显示学生在进行几何臆测，对於图卡的初期观察行为会呈现不同的方式，而且该资料收集行为与学生能产生的全部臆测命题数和臆测命题正确率相关，多数的学生在初期观察时，采用仅观察一张图例的方式，而且可以获得更多且更正确的臆测命题。
