The best corrected visual acuity was hand motions vision. Biomicroscopy revealed a small posterior subcapsular cataract in both eyes. Results? 6 cases in X-ray film revealed round or oval stones in areatus distribution in the areas of renal papillae and medulla. 3 cases of IVP revealed cystic or hair-brushed dilation. 5cases in B-ultrasound revealed little anechoic area and strong echo light spot in radial distribution with acoustic shadow. Unenhanced CT of 6 cases revealed spotted or areatus stones surrounding minor renal calices with collecting tube system dilation and enhanced CT showed artifacts of stones magnification because of the collection of contrast medium around the stones. Conclusion?

结果 X线平片检查6例，表现为肾乳头、髓质区见簇状排列的圆形、椭圆形致密影；IVP检查3例，显示肾集合管囊状、刷子状扩张；B超检查5例见肾髓质内呈放射状分布的小无回声区和强回声光点，其后方伴有声影；CT检查6例，平扫呈环绕肾小盏分布的点状或簇状钙化灶，集合管囊状扩张，增强后因钙化周围的集合管内造影剂聚集，造成钙化影增大的假象。

Results Lactacystin dealed with C6 glioma cells in 24 h, kytoplasm was concentrated and anachomasised, the chromatin of nucleus was concentrated pyknoticly to see under photo-microscope. The microvilli on surface dispeared、nucleus crenated、chromatin aggregated pyknoticly under transmission electron microscope respectively.

We observed marophages pre-treated with ConA spread more rapidly on the well bottom compared with PBS injected controls under phase-contrast microscope. SEM of macrophages treated with ConA showed marked larger size and many surface ridges or ruffles and fine fingerlike processes or filopodia in comparison to controls, surface of which were smooth.

结果表明：①ConA处理后，倒置显微镜下可见Mφ粘附性增强；扫描电子显微镜下见其体积增大，指状突起增多；透射电子显微镜下见Mφ内线粒体等细胞器增多，伸出伪足包绕结核分枝杆菌并内吞，ConA活化的Mφ吞噬结核分枝杆菌数量增多，菌体的完整性受损。

Three of 17 cases developed RON after reirradiation for recurrences and 1 case after three course of radiotherapy. Nine patients developed blindness in one eye and eightsix in both eyes. Of all the 17 cases, 4 cases showed visual field constriction or hemianopia.

结果］ 17例RON中，13例首程放疗后发生，3例在NPC局部复发再程放疗后发生，1例在三程放疗后发现。9例单眼失明，6例双眼失明，4例见视野缺损或偏盲。
