Among them, 20 patients were candidates of valve replacement and 18 PDA and pericarditis had their blood samples taken before operation,and 1,2,24 and 48 hours after closure of thorax for measurement of concentrations of CK、CK-MB and TnT,together with ECG recording. Results Of the 60 patients, concentrations of cTnT before operation were normal; 2 hours after aortic unclamping, the correlation coefficient between cTnT and aortic clamping was r = 0.873( P＜0.01), the regression analysis showed Y = 0. 019X-0. 026. Of the 20 patients, ECG showed the myocardium was ischemic; CK、CK-MB and cTnT all rose significantly, reaching the peak after closure of thorax. Of the 18 patients, the ECG and cTnT before operation and after closure of thorax were normal; except 2 patients with pericarditis.

结果 60例瓣膜手术患者术前cTnT均在正常值范围内，主动脉开放后2 h时，阻断时间和cTnT的相关系数为r=0.875(P＜0.01)，回归方程为Y=0.019X-0.026；其中20例瓣膜手术患者心脏经过阻断后，心电图有缺血性改变，周围血液中的CK、CK-MB和cTnT均有明显升高，分别在关胸后2 h达到高峰，数值分别为术前的12.6、9.2和257倍；18例行动脉导管结扎和心包剥脱术的患者术前和关胸后的心电图和血液中的cTnT均正常，CK和CK-MB除2例心包炎患者关胸后出现明显变化外，余均未见改变。

All three groups were bred for another 30 days, and the number of tumor focus metastasized in the liver was counted by microscope.

Results The serum antibody level reached to 0.71±0.08-0.77±0.06 after genetic vaccine pCD-HCV1(100 μg/mouse) were inoculated into the mice(n=12) three or four times while blank vector pCD-SRα1 could not induce the mice(n=8) to generate antibody response in same way.After the antibody levels in mice(n=8) immunized by pCD-HCV1 had ascended to peak value(0.71), there was no trend of descending during the following 18 weeks of detection(0.68±0.06-0.75±0.07). Specific fragment of HCV cDNA identified by polymerase chain reaction from DNA extracted from the muscles of the mice after pCD-HCV1 had beed inoculated three months.

结果 基因疫苗pCD-HCV1(100 μg/只)3-4次接种小鼠后(n=12)，血清抗体水平达0.71±0.08-0.77±0.06，空载体pCD-SRα1免疫鼠血清抗体阴性；免疫鼠(n=8)抗体水平达高峰后(0.71)，持续检测18周未见下降趋势(0.68±0.06-0.75±0.07)；pCD-HCV1免疫小鼠3个月后，用聚合酶链反应仍可从肌肉组织中扩增出特异性HCV cDNA片段；免疫鼠PBMC对HCV合成肽CP9、基因重组抗原C、E1刺激后均出现增殖反应，刺激指数分别为4.07±1.58、3.88±0.70和3.69±1.30，与pCD-SRα1免疫鼠相比，差异有显著性(P.001)。

Results In the medium and high dose F0 groups, it was observed that the atrophy and incrassation of seminiferous tubule, decrease of spermatogenesis, hyperplasia of interstitial tissue, especially in high dose groups spermatozoon abnormality and nucleolus concentration in the rats testis after DU ingestion for 14 months. The changes became more severe with the prolongation of DU ingestion. Such changes occurred in filial rats (F1) after DC ingestion for 5 months. In the medium and high dose F0 groups, it was observed that a little atrophy of kidney glomerulus, hyperplasia of interstitial tissue after DC ingestion for 14 months, and kidney glomerulus fibrosis happened after DC ingestion for 20 months, such changes occurred in filial rats (F1) after DC ingestion for 5 months In the medium and high dose F0 groups, splenic germinal center and periarterial lymphatic sheaths were hyperplasia , companies with lymphopoiesis after DC ingestion for 7 months, splenic white pulp became more small and sparse after DC ingestion for 20 months.

结果 F0代的中、高剂量组大鼠摄入贫铀14个月后可见雄性的精曲小管萎缩，管壁增厚呈空虚网状，生精细胞层次减少，间质细胞增生，但仍见有精子生成；高剂量组可见到精子呈异型性改变，细胞核浓缩深染，且随着摄入时间延长改变愈趋明显；F1代大鼠摄入贫铀5个月后就有上述改变且更为严重。F0代中、高剂量组大鼠摄入贫铀14个月后肾小球轻度萎缩，间质增生明显，20个月时肾小球萎缩纤维化；F1代大鼠摄入贫铀5个月后就有上述改变。F0代中、高剂量组摄入贫铀7个月时脾脏生发中心和淋巴鞘增生，淋巴母细胞增生活跃，20个月时脾小体减少，生发中心稀疏；F1代大鼠摄入贫铀早期和晚期有类似改变。F0和F1代高剂量组摄入贫铀早期肝脏有炎症细胞浸润，晚期骨髓有核细胞减少，脂肪细胞增加。

At 4 weeks following implantation, cells on the surface of coralline hydroxyapatite were found and connective tissues were seen in the material pores in the experimental group. Cells on the coralline hydroxyapatite were observed only in the control group. At 8 weeks, new bone formation was detected on the surface of coralline hydroxyapatite; bony tissue deposition and a few chondroid tissues were found in the pores or surrounding the pores in the experimental group. A few fibrous connective tissues were observed in the control group. At 12 weeks, abundant mature woven bone was detected on the surface of coralline hydroxyapatite; medullary cavity-like structure and vessels were found in some regions in the experimental group. No new bone or bony tissues were found in the control group.

Results: During the development of spinal cord. NIDD mRNA was highly expressed at embryo 16 d and at postnatal 1 d, and co-localized with nNOS in the undifferenti ated ventral horn, as well in white matter. And then it decreased significantly till postnatal 12w. nNOS mRNA was highly expressed from postnatal 1 d to 3 d. The high expression of NIDD mRNA appeared at the 8 hour after spinal cord injury, and co-localized with nNOS in neurons of ventral horn, intermedial zone, the area around central canal and dorsal horn, and recovered to the normal at dry 7 day after SCI.

Results: The results showed that:(1) The three types of NOS immunoreactivity were not found in rat testis until 30 days after birth;(2) NOS1 immunoreactivity was found in a few spermatocytes in rat testes on postnatal 30 days, and in spermatozoa present at the lumen surface of seminiferous tubules and some Leydig cells on postnatal 60 days;(3) NOS2 immunoreactivity appeared in a few spermatocytes, Sertoli cells and peritubular myoid cells on postnatal 30 days. On postnatal 60 days, NOS2 immunoreactivity appeared in some Leydig cells, peritubular myoid cells, Sertoli cells, very few spermatocytes and the head of immature spermatozoa in some seminiferous tubules;(4) NOS3 immunoreactivity was detected in a few spermatocytes on postnatal 30 days, as well as in the smooth muscle cells of blood vessels on postnatal 30 days and 60 days.

结果：(1)生后4、7、14 d大鼠睾丸未见3种NOS免疫阳性反应；(2)生后30 d少数精母细胞及生后60 d生精小管腔面精子和间质细胞呈NOS1阳性；(3)生后30 d少数精母细胞、支持细胞和管周类肌细胞呈NOS2阳性，而生后60 d NOS2阳性反应见于睾丸间质细胞、管周类肌细胞、支持细胞、极少数精母细胞和不成熟精子头部；(4)生后30 d睾丸内少数精母细胞和血管壁呈NOS3阳性，生后60 d NOS3阳性反应仅见于血管壁。

For Southwestern Margin of Aqikekule Lake ophiolite, their field geological, petrological, minerological, petrochemical and geochemical characteristics show that:① it outcropped as tectonic slices along the near west-to-east strike Kunzhong fault and is composed of metamorphic perodotties, cumulates and volcanic rocks, in which, chromites are distributed in the upper part of metamorphic peridotites as pods, or in the lower part of cumulates as near-strata;② metamorphic peridotites include serpentinites, chromite-bearing serpentinites, chlorite-epidote schists and chromitites, of which, chromitites have nodular and orbicular structure, and cumulates include pyroxenits, serpentinites, chromite-bearing serpentinites, chromites and metamorphically mafic rocks and only basalts are seen in volcanic rocks;③ Cr# of chromites suggest that they formed in the SSZ and Al〓O〓 and TiO〓 of metamorphic peridotites also suggest SSZ environment;④ metamorphic peridotites have V type and enriched LREE patterns, cumulates have from strongly depleted LREE, flat REE to enriched LREE patterns with universally striking positive Eu anomalies and basalts show flat REE or slight enriched LREE patterns with no Eu anomalies;⑤ trace element and Sm-Nd isotope characteristics of metamorphic peridotites imply their strikingly heterogeneous mantle character ε〓(t+4.39～+26.20 and later Nb, Ta fertilization;⑥ trace element characteristics of basalts and their tectonic diagrams show they probably formed in the rifted island arc or back-arc basin environment.

对阿其克库勒湖西南缘蛇绿岩，野外地质、岩石学、矿物学、岩石化学以及地球化学等特征表明：①该蛇绿岩以近东西向、沿昆中断裂呈构造岩片出露，由变质橄榄岩、堆晶岩和火山岩三个单元组成，其中见铬铁岩呈豆荚状产于变质橄榄岩的上部，或呈似层状产于堆晶岩的下部；②变质橄榄岩包括蛇纹岩、含铬铁矿蛇纹岩、绿帘绿泥片岩和铬铁岩等类型，其中，豆荚状铬铁矿具有结核状构造和球状构造，堆晶岩包括辉石岩、蛇纹岩、含铬铁矿蛇纹岩、铬铁岩和变质基性岩等类型，火山岩仅见玄武岩；③铬铁矿的Cr#表明其形成在俯冲带，变质橄榄岩的Al〓O〓和TiO〓成分也指示了SSZ环境；④变质橄榄岩的稀土配分型式见V型和LREE富集型两种型式，堆晶岩表现出从LREE强烈亏损、REE平坦分布到LREE富集的配分特征，并且普遍具有醒目的正Eu异常，玄武岩的稀土配分型式表现为平坦型或LREE略富集，无Eu异常；⑤变质橄榄岩的微量元素及Sm-Nd同位素特征指示了其地幔的显著不均一性ε〓(t为+4.39～+26.20以及Nb、Ta在后期的富集；⑥玄武岩的微量元素特征及构造图解表明其可能形成在裂谷岛弧或不成熟的弧后盆地环境。

There was significant difference in signal intensity between the cell concentration group and unlabelled cell group during 2 weeks. And significant difference occurred in the 5×105 SPIO-labeled cells per milliliter medium group and unlabelled cell group during 3 weeks.3. In kidneys of ischemia-reperfusion injury,the labeled BMSCs were demonstrated as signal intensity loss in renal medulla on T2*WI sequence in days 1,3,and5.The signal intensity loss was visualized up to 8 days after transplantation,and the signal intensity in the third day was the lowest. Histological analyses showed that most Prussian blue staining-positive cells were well correlated with the area where a signal intensity loss was observed in MRI.
