The same results were observed in the brain of the unilateral pyramidotomy group above the level of the transection site. Below the level of the transection site, the BDA positive fibers were seen in the right pyramid of medulla oblongata and the left dorsal funiculus of spinal cord, but the BDA positive fibers in the left pyramid of medulla oblongata and the right dorsal funiculus of spinal cord were not seen.

锥体束横断损伤大鼠在损伤部位以上可见双侧对称的BDA阳性纤维束，损伤平面以下在右侧延髓锥体和左侧脊髓后索中见有BDA阳性纤维束，损伤侧锥体和右侧脊髓后索中未见有BDA阳性纤维束。

Results (1) 6 cases of Tuberous Sclerosis. Diffused subependymal nodular calcification lesions were found in all cases on unenhenced CT. 4 patients are 2 pairs of mother/child relationship. Both of the two mothers are found to suffer from renal angiomyolipoma.(2)1 case of neurofibromatosis showed abnormal spinal canal: scoliosis of thoracic and lumbar spine, concave change of vertebral posterior border. Bilateral renal hypogenesis was found in this patient. Diffused hyper-density lesions were found in kidney and fatty accumulation was found in back skin.(3)6 cases of Sturge-Weber syndrome. On unenhenced CT, curving and strip-shaped calcifications were found along the parietal and occipital gyrus.

结果 ①结节性硬化6例，所有病例CT平扫见两侧脑室室管膜下多发小结节状高密度钙化灶，其中4例为两对母子关系，并见两位母亲合并有肾脏错构瘤，；②神经纤维瘤病1例，MRI表现为椎管异常，胸腰段脊柱侧弯，椎体后缘呈明显的切凹改变；伴有双肾发育不良，CT示肾内多个高密度影，背部皮肤多量脂肪堆积，③脑颜面血管瘤综合征6例， CT可见顶枕部沿脑回分布的弯曲的条状高密度钙化，部分延伸致侧脑室内，增强后见病灶内有扭曲的条状和结节状明显强化的血管影；④小脑血管瘤病4例，影像学表现为小脑内大囊、小结节样占位性病变。

The patients were recalled 6 months to 5years post operation. 8 cases healed with well face form,could masticate pap after denture restoration,without incision dehiscence or titaniumplate exposure. X -ray photographs showed no absorption of the transplanted bone, no image of lowdensity between titani-um plate and transplanted bone.

Methods: Adult mice of Kunming variety were used as experiment animals. After judgement of oestrus, the oestrus period and oestrus stage were determined, and then those mouse were grouped depending on oestrus stage. The mice were dealed with diferrent dosage of PMSG and HCG to make them superovulation, afterwords were mated individually with the male mouse together at same cage. The embryoes were rinsed out and evaluated after 3.5 days when the plug had been seen. The transplant mice were born after the high-quality embryoes were transferred into the receptors mouse uterus at the same oestrus stage which was stimulated by mating with the male mouse which spermaduct had been ligated previously.

生前损伤组，可见广泛蛛网膜下腔出血，脑组织水肿，神经细胞肿胀，晚期神经元固缩；伤后1～3h见部分神经轴突不规则增粗、断裂，伤后6h断端膨大，伤后15h可见收缩球，至伤后24h更为明显；伤后3～6h可见部分神经髓鞘与轴突之间的间隙增宽，伤后15h髓鞘明显曲折，不完全附着在轴突两侧，甚至剥脱，持续到伤后24h；核周尼氏体减少在伤后24h才开始出现；同一部位的GFAP阳性细胞数目随损伤时间发生改变，先增多（最早在伤后0.5h），达到高峰后减少，其后又有增多趋势，但不同部位的GFAP阳性细胞数目增减的时间过程不尽相同，同时，大脑中的GFAP阳性细胞数目也有改变；伤后0.5h，可在脑干组织中见到Al和Fg阳性神经细胞，主要位于血管周围，阳性物在胞浆中呈弥散性分布，但部分细胞的阳性物仅分布于靠近胞膜的胞浆中而呈环状，随损伤时间延长，阳性细胞数目增多，反应强度增加；伤后3～6h，延髓及桥脑中的SYN阳性物面积减少，其后恢复到正常水平，并持续到伤后24h。
