导电高分子填充材料多使用碳纤维、碳黑及金属粉末，其中碳纤维具有高导电性、低密度及复合材料之补强特性，故本研究碳纤维作为填充材料，将碳纤维经过无电电镀处理，使其表面分别披覆金属镍及铜，增加碳纤维之导电度，混掺於聚丙烯高分子基材中，制成具有电磁波屏蔽功能之高分子复合材料，研究不同高分子成型方式与金属镀层对於碳纤维电学性质及复合材料电磁波屏蔽效益之影响。
