OBJECTIVE To study the influence of five anfimicrobial agents on lynyrhocyte function in pneumonic rats.

目的 分别连续7天注射等效剂量的头孢曲松、头孢他啶、亚胺培南、哌拉西林及阿米卡星，动态测定大鼠淋巴细胞功能变化。

Objective To investigate the nursing intervention in preclusion of post-urethroplasty urinary fis-tula of hypospadia.Methods 70urethroplasty cases were randomly divided into2groups,the urethral stents were douched with0.9%N.S in the cotrol group,and the integrated nursing interventionwas applied in the treatment group,the INI includerays the use of10ml0.9%N.S plus80000units gentamicin for douche,swabbing genitals with nitrofurazone solution and infrared rays exposure of genitals.

目的 采用护理干预手段预防尿道下裂术后尿瘘的发生方法选择尿道下裂带蒂皮瓣正位开口期尿道成形术患者70例随机分 2组：一组是常规用生理盐水冲洗尿道支架管方法；另一组是生理盐水10ml加庆霉素8万U冲洗新尿道支架管，呋喃西林溶液擦拭外阴部以及红外线伤口局部照射的护理干预方法综合护理，观察尿瘘的发生率。

Results. Clinical resolution of infections, normalization of lab values, and bony fusion, based on dynamic radiographs and CT scans, were seen in all patients at latest follow-up. Staphylococcus aureus was the most frequently identified organism (8 patients). Four (29%) patients had positive blood cultures. Predisposing comorbidities were present in 12 patients. Six patients had epidural abscesses. Eight (57%) patients presented with neurologic deficits, ranging from paraparesis to quadriplegia. Complete recovery was seen in 7.

结果：临床上炎症消失、实验室检查数据正常和骨融合由所用患者随访的动态平片和CT扫描结果决定。8名患者频发金葡球菌感染，4名（占29%）患者血培养出现耐甲氨西林金葡球菌阳性反应，12名患者出现并发症，6名患者出现硬膜外脓肿，8名患者出现从下肢轻瘫到四肢瘫痪的神经损伤，7名患者完全康复。

The drug resistance of Escherichia coil was significantly high, with ESBLs-production rate of 41.0%.

头孢他啶、哌拉西林／他唑巴坦高度敏感，可作为老年患者的首选经验用药。

Results Twain-80 can increase the solubility. The dimethylsulfoxide, the sorbic acid and acetic acid chlorine can strengthen its bacteriostasis effect. To choice suitable antiseptic temperature and control antiseptic time may enhance furacilin liquid preparation stability. On the contrary, it may reduce the stability when mixing the antioxidants agents such as the sodium hyposulfite and the sodium bisulfite.
