The results show that the heavy fog occurred under the atmospheric circulation pattern controlled by the straightwesterly air flow at 500 hPa middle latitudes, northwesterly air flow orweak high p ressure circulation atmiddle and low levels, and weak p ressure in front of the surface high.

发现这次大雾天气发生在500 hPa中纬度平直偏西气流、中低层西北气流或弱高压环流以及地面高压前部弱气压场控制的大气环流形势下。

The Taichung Domain was moving northwestwards before the 1999 Chi-Chi earthquake: in the footwall of Chelungpu Fault the slip rate was ~10 mm/yr, while in the hanging wall the rate increased eastwards up to 10-30 mm/yr. Two years prior to the earthquake, in the footwall of Changhua Fault the deformation direction changed from WNW to almost due N, and velocity gradient changed from increasing northwards to increasing eastwards, suggesting possible precursor of a large earthquake.

中部地区在集集地震前大致向西北方向位移，车笼埔断层下盘位移速率约在10 mm/yr左右，断层上盘往东侧逐渐增大，在10~30 mm/yr之间；集集地震发生前2年，彰化断层下盘的位移方向由西北西转为偏北的位移型态，位移速度则由南向北增大，转为由西向东增大的趋势；即位移方向与位移速度有明显的改变，可能为地震前兆的相关资讯。

The results reveal that:a Pentadactyl vapor transportation in East-Asia change with the appearing , strengthening , weakening , and disappearing of the South China Sea monsoon, the Indian monsoon, subtropical high etc..b Southerly vapor transportation of each longitude areas in East-Asia have different characters in appearance time , speed to north , the place of north bound , speed to south , etc..

主要得出以下结论：(1)东亚地区各候各区域水汽输送的变化，伴随着南海季风、印度季风、副高等天气事件或系统的发生、加强、减弱和消失。(2)各个经度带的偏南风水汽输送在出现时间、北抬进程速度、北界位置、南撤速度等方面均体现了不同的特征；西太平洋副高边缘的东南风水汽输送具有迂回西扩和快速东撤的特点，并且在强盛期能够影响到我国西北地区。

By analyzing next-spring abnormal features of 500 hPa height and 850 hPa, 200 hPa meridional wind due to Nino3 SST rising, it is found that Nino3 SST rising abnormally in the second half year leads to 500 hPa height field rising in the tropic and Northwest Pacific subtropical region, namely the Northwest Pacific subtropical high is stronger and shifts westwards and northwards compared with the mean, and the trough over East Asia is weaker with its location shifts eastwards; the height field falls from the area around Balkhash to Baikal Lake, i.

通过分析下半年Nino3区(150o~90oW，5oS～5oN)海表温度升高引起的次年春季500 hPa高度、850 hPa及200 hPa经向风的异常特征，发现下半年Nino3区显著升温，可导致次年春季热带和西北太平洋副热带地区的500 hPa高度场升高，即西太平洋副热带高压偏强、偏西、偏北，东亚大槽偏弱、偏东；巴尔喀什湖至贝加尔湖的高度场降低，即该地区经常有低槽维持；亚洲至西太平洋地区盛行纬向环流。
