邪恶议会长，擅长控制的大术师玛克拉，由两个生命体构成，左首级负责法术控制，右首级负责近战防卫，在国家机器为战争而分裂的5年中，它作为大法师海莫格尔的手下，四处消灭恶魔势力遗留的诸多问题，比如瘟疫的控制，国家机器的病毒危机等，但在一次艰苦的暗杀任务执行中，玛克拉差点被大恶魔撒卡尔消灭，由于病毒的摧残，他受到了失明和腐化的惩罚，从此带上了邪恶面具，成为一名专门捕猎恶魔的邪恶术师。
