Combined crystallization kinetics analysis obtained via rheometry and morphological observation of crystals growth performed on POM, two different mechanisms of shear-enhanced crystallization for PP/ grafted MWCNTs composites were suggested:(1) at low temperature, strong heterogeneous nucleation plays a dominant role on the. crystallization behavior, which would be saturated at a higher filler content, and the effect of shear-enhanced crystallization was weak;(2) at high temperature, the effect of heterogeneous nucleation was substantially depressed, and the crystallization of the composite was obviously accelerated by pre-shear and the thread-like crystallites were generated earlier than the spherulites.

Here, we demonstrated in this work that CsrA performs a negative regulator of the cel expression. cel, encoding lysis protein (LysE7), is located downstream of the colicin E7 structural gene in the ColE7 operon. Lysis protein was essential for colicin release and causes a decline in culture turbidity as well as lethality of the host cell when overproduced. Western blotting analysis of the level of LysE7 in the wild-type and csrA mutant strains was examined.

在本论文中，我们进一步发现到CsrA对於cel 基因的表现具有抑制的现象。cel 基因位在质体ColE7-K317上的E7大肠杆菌操纵子，可以制造出溶菌蛋白质(lysis protein， LysE7)，协助大肠杆菌素及免疫蛋白质的复合体运送至菌体外；但当菌体产生过多的溶菌蛋白质，则会导致宿主细胞的死亡，所以溶菌蛋白质的表现必须受到严密的调控，避免菌体产生过量，而CsrA则是目前第一个被发现到能调控溶菌蛋白质表现的因子。

RESULTS:(1) ET-1 could increase total protein production, surface area, ERKs activity and ［Ca2+］i in cultured cardiomyocyte in dose-dependent manner at concentrations ranging from 10-9 to 10-7 mol/L. And this effect could be abolished by BQ123, an antagonist of ETA receptor, partly inhibited by PTX, but not by BQ788, an antagonist of ETB receptor.（2）The activation of ERKs and the increase of ［Ca2+］i induced by ET-1 were obviously inhibited by PD98059, a selective ERKs kinase inhibitor, and nifedipine, a calcium channel blocker, respectively. Both antagonists partially inhibited ET-1-stimulated cardiomyocyte hypertrophic response.(3) Staurosporine, a selective PKC inhibitor, could inhibit ET-1-stimulated cardiomyocyte hypertrophic response and increase of ［Ca2+］i, but not affect the activation of ERKs.

结果： ①ET-1浓度依赖性增加新生大鼠心肌细胞蛋白质含量和心肌细胞表面积、ERKs活性及［Ca2+］i浓度，以上作用可被ETA受体拮抗剂BQ123所完全抑制，被百日咳毒素部分抑制，而ETB受体拮抗剂BQ788则无效；②ERKs激酶特异性抑制剂PD98059可完全抑制ET-1激活ERKs的作用，钙通道拮抗剂硝苯地平可明显抑制ET-1介导的［Ca2+］i浓度增加，但二者皆仅部分抑制ET-1介导的心肌细胞肥大反应；③蛋白激酶C选择性抑制剂staurosporine并不能明显抑制ET-1介导的ERKs激活，但可抑制ET-1介导的的［Ca2+］i浓度增加及心肌细胞肥大反应。

以抗体阻断integrin ？3可以有效使OC2恢复被JA所抑制的迁移能力。细胞贴附实验指出JA能提高OC-2在laminin环境下的贴附能力。当我们进一步以免疫萤光染色观察细胞，发现在JA处理下的OC-2，其外形、细胞骨架和细胞边缘的filopodia的密度和长度明显减少，利用GST-pull down assay侦测到Cdc42-GTP和Rac-GTP的表现量降低。推论爵床素A可能透过刺激口腔癌细胞大量表现integrin ？3，使细胞贴附能力增加或是透过改变细胞骨架来降低细胞迁移能力。希望本研究对於JA所做的抗癌及抗转移效应评估能提供口腔癌治疗在研发上一些帮助。

The VVA0326- mutant carrying a deletion of the GGDEF domain displayed smaller colony morphology on LB plate while compared to the wild type. No difference in colony forming units was found indicating that growth rate is not likely a major factor to confer the phenotype of small colony. In addition, VVA0326- appeared to swim better than wild type bacteria on the swimming plate. VVA0326- grew better, while VVA0328- mutant, which carried a deletion of the EAL domain, grew worse than wild type when the bacteria were cultured on CAS plate at 30°C. This implied that changes in surface structures of the mutants affected the bacterial susceptibilities to HDTMA contained in CAS plate.

缺损了包含一个GGDEF功能区域的突变株 VVA0326-，培养在LB的洋菜胶上，呈现出较小的生长菌落，在测定单位菌落数的结果发现，VVA0326-在生长速度上，相较於野生株并没有不同，因此我们推论生长速率并不是造成菌落变小的主要因子，除此之外，VVA0326-在游泳的分析培养皿中游的比野生株快，在CAS的分析培养皿上，与野生株比较，VVA0326-有比较好的生长状态，而缺损了包含一个EAL功能区域的突变株VVA0328-，却有被抑制生长的现象，可能是因为突变株影响了表面的结构，进而改变了细菌对於HDTMA的敏感层度。
