The optical property of CdS nanocrystals in ZrO 2 thin film has been studied. The film was fabricated by sol gel technique. Photoluminescence and photoluminescence excitation spectra of the samples with different annealing temperature were measured. Photoluminescence decay curve of CdS nanocrystals at different annealing temperatures was studied.

研究了用溶胶凝胶方法制备的CdS超微粒/ZrO2薄膜的发光特性，测量了不同退火温度处理的样品的荧光光谱、荧光激发光谱和荧光衰减曲线的变化，通过荧光衰减曲线研究了140 ps左右的CdS的带间跃迁发射和较慢的表面态发射。

In Chapter 5, some knowledge about large-scale system and methods for investigating them are introduced, Lyapunov function, differential inequality, Razumikhin theorem, matrix norm and measure methods have been used to discuss the stability of uncertain large-scale system with delays and decay estimates for uncertain time-varying large-scale system with delays, the criteria of stability and decay estimates for uncertain large-scale system with delays are given.

Further picosecond PL studies on dendronized PFs show that the fluorene-based emission in dilute solution follows a single exponential decay, whereas those in thin film decayed in a multi-phase manner and the lifetime prolongs with the generation of dendronization. These observations are discussed in terms of dispersive transport happening between adjacent chains in film. The dispersive relaxation can be controlled by site isolation of bulky dendrons. Our results prove that dendronization is highly effective in controlling the inter-chain interactions of fluorene-based polymers.

Through discussing further the reflective and refractive coefficients of line boundary, the features of line boundary are as follows: the attenuation of high frequency band (especially in band of line trap) of transient components generated by fault through line boundary is obvious, whereas the low frequency band (1~10kHz) components are hardly influenced. Moreover, the transient components below 100kHz should be adopted in purpose of outstanding the line boundary and weakening the transmission influence of transmission line.
