In this thesis, industrially mature deposition technique was utilized to deposit titanium nitride film on Co-Cr alloy and additionally comprehensive comparisons between this deposition approach and conventionally gold-plating technique were conducted in several aspects to demonstrate the superior performance of these two surface modification methods.

本研究利用工业上成熟的镀膜技术在Co-Cr合金表面镀氮化钛(titanium nitride，TiN)薄膜，以提高其耐腐蚀性及生物相容性，并与口腔修复中广泛适用的镀金工艺进行对比研究。
