A gold immunostrip for rapid detection of Chloramphenicol was developed based on competitive immunochromatographic assay. And the mixtures of saccharose, dextran, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyethylene glycol, bovine serum albumin, tween20 and antiseptic, etc, as protectants were designed and prepared. Three types of interfacial tension curves were observed.
