The present studies showed that two cell populations were found in haemocytes: large cell with high granularity and small cell with low granularity by flow cytometry FCM on light scanttering pattern. Two distinct cell types were identified based on phase contrast microscope: one type of cell was dark and dioptric aberration, while the other was bright and dioptric strong. By Giemsa and H.E staining, cytoplasmic staining were heterogeneous and internal particles were obvious in one type of cell, while cytoplastic staining were homogeneous and internal particles were inexistent in the other type of cell. By transmission electron microscope, we found that the mitochondria, Golgi apparatus organelles were rich and internal particles were obvious in one type of cells, and contrary to the another cells.

流式细胞术光散射图谱显示血细胞被分两类，一类为颗粒度高的大细胞，另外一类为颗粒度低的小细胞；相差显微镜观察显示，血细胞可分为胞体暗、折光性差和胞体明亮、折光性强的两类； Giemsa和H.E染色显示细胞分为胞质染色不均一、胞内颗粒明显和胞质染色均一、胞内颗粒不明显的两类；透射电镜超薄切片观察显示，颗粒明显的细胞胞质内线粒体、高尔基体等细胞器较丰富，颗粒不明显的细胞胞质内细胞器较少；负染结果表明血细胞主要分为表面不光滑、突起明显和细胞表面光滑、突起较不明显的两类。

ResultsMacroscopic examination showed no excrescence,thrombus formation,arm fractures and corrosion.The devices were covered with collagen fibrosis and discrete endocardial cells,apparent inflammatory infiltration in the devices and around the devices 1 month after implantation.The implants were nearly endothelialized,while the inflammatory reaction relieved gradually,with myocardial cells ingrowth at the edges of the device 3 months after implantation.The devices were completely covered with endocardium and fibrous tissue.Moreover,endothelial cells could be found on the smooth microscrew adaptor.The inflammatory reaction diminished with a few chronic inflammatory cells existing.Neovascularization and lymphatic vessels ingrowth could be observed 6 months after implantation.

结果所有封堵装置表面均没有发现赘生物、血栓形成、支架发生断裂及被腐蚀；术后1个月，封堵装置表面被胶原纤维和散在内皮细胞所覆盖，大量炎症细胞浸润，封堵装置边缘有小灶性炎症细胞浸润；术后3个月，封堵装置表面几乎被内皮细胞所覆盖，炎症细胞较1个月时明显减少，封堵装置内见纤维化，封堵装置边缘心肌细胞浸入；术后6个月，封堵装置表面完全被心内膜和纤维组织所覆盖，伞尖表面光滑并有内皮细胞上爬，炎症反应明显消散，但仍有少量慢性炎症细胞存在，装置内有新生的血管、淋巴管长入。

Based on the former drag reduction experiments of the bionic nonsmooth body of revolution models in the lowspeed wind tunnel, the simulation wind tunnel tests at the wind speed of 44 m/s were performed for the body of revolution models with the tail rectangularly disposed by three different nonsmooth structures, such as the convex dome form with the diameter/height of 1.0/0.5 mm, the dimple concave form with the diameter/depth of 1.0/0.5 mm, and the riblet form with the width/height of 1.0/0.5 mm, in contrast with the body of revolution model with smooth surface.

Result］ The color and elasticity of steamed breads made from 250 g flour added with 50 g cactus juice and 30 g amomum juice were bad and their surface was not smooth;when the addition amount of cactus juice was 70 g,the elastic extensibility of steamed breads was bad;when the addition amount of cactus juice was 90 g,the elasticity of steamed breads was good and their surfaces were smooth.

A part of the flat fibers remained on the sheet surface and the interspace among the fibers became narrow after chlorine dioxide bleaching. The fibers of bagasse and bamboo unbleached pulps were rough, the fiber surface was smooth, and the fiber structure was dense. After oxygen delignification and chlorine dioxide bleaching, the fibers became much more thin, the fiber surface was slightly fibrillated, and the fiber structure was loosen.

The results show that on dry glass, the cantact area of non-smooth suructure is smaller than that of the slippy sample, so it can reduce friction; yet on a thick liquid surface, the friction of non-smooth surface is larger than slippy surface's.
