For different surface roughness of electrodes and glycol concentration of glycol/water mixture, pressurized water breakdown experiments are carried out. Experimental results suggest that Mirza's formula is valid and independent of surface roughness and glycol concentration, and it is accumulative for surface polish, glycol additive, and pressurization for the capability to improve electrical breakdown strength. Moreover, the increase of electrical breakdown strength of water dielectric for surface polish is explained with bubble breakdown. Especially, highest stress of 235.5kV/cm observed in glycol/water mixture with a glycol concentration of 80% at a hydrostatic pressure of 12atm is about one time greater than that in pure water at constant pressure.

通过改变电极表面光滑程度和乙二醇浓度，分别进行了加压水介质击穿实验，证实了不同电极表面光滑程度和乙二醇浓度下Mirza关系式仍成立，抛光电极表面、添加乙二醇与加压在提高水介质电击穿能力方面具有可叠加性，将抛光电极表面、添加乙二醇与加压分别进行了比较，特别，在静压12atm、乙二醇浓度80%下，得到实测最高击穿场强为235.5kV/cm，其有效时间归一化后的击穿场强比常压下纯水的相应值提高了112.2%，运用气泡击穿模型对抛光提高水介质击穿场强进行了物理解释。

Simultaneity, the adsorption energies of single Si adatom on the H-terminated Si (100) surfaces are specially mapped out in this paper, from which the favorite binding sites and possible diffusion pathways have been achieved. The variety of the diffusion anisotropy with the coverage transforming is obtained. The energy barriers of the adatom diffusion are found to be higher than that on the clean surface, because the H atoms saturate the dangling bonds of the surface Si atoms.

Titanium plate first was cleaned by glow Discharge using argon plasma to eliminate surface contaminants and to produce a consistent and reproducible titanium oxide surface layer. Then an intermediary allylamine deposition was covalently linked to the oxide layer by glow discharge, followed by the covalent binding of albumin to the free terminal NH2 groups using glutaraldehyde as a coupling agent. The results show that the hydrophilicity of PLA film is improved by introduction amido: the contact angle decreases from 78° to 56° and the free energy increases from 42.7mJ/m^2 to 51.4mJ/m^2. Compared with the control, osteoblast spread out more filopodia after 3 d incubation on amidation surface, and it entered cell division phase more quickly, which indicated that the surface amidation could promote the cell's adhesion and proliferation on the PLA film.

At 4 weeks following implantation, cells on the surface of coralline hydroxyapatite were found and connective tissues were seen in the material pores in the experimental group. At 8 weeks, new bone formation was detected on the surface of coralline hydroxyapatite; bony tissue deposition and a few chondroid tissues were found in the pores or surrounding the pores in the experimental group. A few fibrous connective tissues were observed in the control group. At 12 weeks, abundant mature woven bone was detected on the surface of coralline hydroxyapatite; medullary cavity-like structure and vessels were found in some regions in the experimental group. No new bone or bony tissues were found in the control group.
