Results The occurrence of aggressive NK cell leukemia was found to be higher in Asian. Most of its patients were young. The clinical features were found to be high fever and sweat involving the liver, spleen and lymph nodes and bone marrow, hypohepatia, reactive hemophagocytic syndrome, and hypocytosis, etc. Immunophenotype expressed CD2, CD7, CD16 and CD56. The prognosis of patients was very poor with a survival time of several weeks.

结果 侵袭性NK细胞白血病多见于亚洲人；发病年龄相对较轻；临床常表现为高热、盗汗、肝脾淋巴结骨髓受侵犯、肝功能不全、反应性噬血细胞综合征、血细胞减少等多系统受累，免疫表型表达CD2、CD7、CD16、CD56，预后差，生存时间多以周来计算。

Objective To investigate the dynamic expression of insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor in the posterior retina, refractive error and eye axial length after intravitreous injection of IGF-1R antisense oligonucleotides; to study the role of IGF-1R in the development of form-deprivation myopia in the guinea pig. Methods Sixty-four 3-week-old guinea pigs were included in the study.

目的 观察豚鼠形觉剥夺性近视眼后极部视网膜胰岛素样生长因子1受体(insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor， IGF-1R)基因表达水平的动态变化，以及IGF-1R反义寡核苷酸玻璃体腔注射对形觉剥夺性近视眼屈光度及眼轴长度的影响，探讨视网膜IGF-1R在实验性近视眼发病中的作用。

Our results demonstrate that (1) the lipogenic tumor markers CDK4 and MDM2 can be used as surrogate immunohistochemical markers for the diagnosis of malignant lipomatous tumors with high sensitivity;(2) approximately 26% of retroperitoneal/thigh UHGPS cases that were positive for PPAR-γ, CDK4, or MDM2 by immunohistochemistry showed characteristic CDK4 and MDM2 gene amplification, suggesting that a subset of UHGPS cases represent DDL despite lacking histologic evidence of lipoblasts.

我们的结果表明：（1）脂肪源性肿瘤标记CDK4和MDM2可以作为诊断恶性脂肪肿瘤的免疫标记物，且敏感性高；（2）腹膜后/大腿UHGPS免疫表达PPAR-γ， CDK4或MDM2的病例中，约有26%例显示特征性的CDK4和MDM2基因扩增，这表明部分UHGPS病例表现为DDL，虽然组织学上找不到脂母细胞。

The conclusions are as follows:(1) Neologisms in each Huayu region can be classified into two major categories:self-originated and others-originated,among which the new-born words are "absolute new words" and the inherited word are "relative new words",and there are also others-originated elements in the morphemic and sense systems of new words;(2) Variation can be seen in the morpheme,formation,building and sense of new words in Huayu regions,besides individuals of new words;(3) Aggregation of current new words and compound words with one common morpheme and a same construction,together with the aggregation of synonyms and that of different senses in polysemies,reflect the relevance of the systems of new words in Huayu regions in their variation;(4) Regular participation of hinting sense of a formation element in forming and building new words is an important way of producing new sense of morpheme,and an important reason for the current emergence of words with more than one new senses;(5) Compared with ordinary words,the productivity of ways of word formation in forming new words both in general and of a particular class will change and new ways of word formation appear in Huayu regions;(6) The semantic collocation of the verbal morpheme of new verbs in a phrase has a great influence on the location of its structural center,and the complex syntactic behaviors of new verbs are related to the different processes of argument integration;(7) The processes of building new words with the same meaning differ in levels of approaches to motivation cognition,perspectives of motivation cognition,morpheme motivation and morpheme expression,etc.;(8) The lexical interaction in Huayu regions results in lexical subsystem intersections of current new words across two,three and four regions.

本文的主要结论是：(1)各华语区新词均可分为&自源新词&和&他源新词&两大类，其中的新生词和传承词分属&绝对新词&和&相对新词&，新词语的词素、词义系统中也含有他源成分；(2)除词语个体外，华语区新词在词素、构词、造词、词义等方面均体现了某种程度的变异：(3)通用词语聚合、同素同构词聚合、同义异形词聚合与一词多义聚合集中反映了各华语区新词语系统在变异中的关联；(4)构词单位经常提示词义参与构造新词是产生新语素义的重要途径，也是当代多新义词现象的重要成因；(5)相对于一般词语，构词方式在新词语中的总能产性和在某一词类中所体现的能产性都有所变化，华语区也产生了新的构词方式；(6)新动词的动素在短语中的语义搭配对结构核心的位置有很大影响，新动词的复杂句法表现与不同的论元整合过程有关；(7)同义新词造词过程的差异包括理据认知途径、理据认知角度、词素理据和词素表达等不同层面；(8)华语区的词汇互动形成了双区、三区和四区通用新词等词汇子系统交集，作为华语核心，普通话所含纳的通用词语多于各区域变体。

actin在大鼠慢性无菌性前列腺炎（nonbacterial chronic prostatitis，CAP）动物模型免疫抑制治疗前后的表达，探讨其与慢性无菌性前列腺炎发病机制的相关性。

AIM: To investigate the expression of βactin in nonbacterial chronic prostatitis model rats before and after immunosuppressive therapy, and to evaluate its correlation with CAP.

目的：检测βactin在大鼠慢性无菌性前列腺炎（nonbacterial chronic prostatitis，CAP）动物模型免疫抑制治疗前后的表达，探讨其与慢性无菌性前列腺炎发病机制的相关性。

The acquirement and expression of knowledge include two aspects: the first is that the spectrum knowledge of each land use type is automatically obtained from old land use map matched and overlain with remote sensing images; the other is that the changing knowledge of land use types are collected and analyzed, and changed into prior knowledge and probability.

Results: Human stem cells were successfully transplanted into 6 fetal sheep and 5 lambs were born and lived. PCR analysis showed that there was human derived cell engraftment in the liver of the 5 lambs. Immunohistochemical staining and ISH with Alu probe showed human derived hepatocytes in the lobes or around periportal area, expressing albumin and CR18. Alu ISH also showed there were positive cells in the epithelia of bile duets.
