ASES is 59% identical to Artemisia cyclase cDNA clone cASC125, 50% identical to epi-cedrol synthase from A. annua, 48% identical to amorpha-4, 11-diene synthase from A. Annua, 39% identical to the 5-epi-aristolechene synthase from tabacco, 38% identical to vetispiradiene synthase from H. Muticus, 41% identical to the δ-cadinene synthase from cotton. The coding region of cDNA was cloned into procaryotic expression vector pET30a and overexpressed in E. coli BL21 (DE3). The cyclase proteins extracted from bacterial culture were found largely in the insoluble protein fraction. The tissue specific expression patterns were analyzed by RT/PCR.

Staining extent and intensity were evaluated semiquantitatively and mean values for each parameter were calculated. Immunostaining with D2-40 showed positivity in 100% of skeletal myxoid chondrosarcomas, 96% of enchondromas, 95% of low-grade chondrosarcomas, 80% of chordoid meningiomas, and 75% of chordoid gliomas. Staining with S100 demonstrated diffuse, strong positivity in all (100%) chordoid gliomas, skeletal myxoid chondrosarcomas, low-grade chondrosarcomas, and enchondromas, 94% of chordomas, and 81% of extraskeletal myxoid chondrosarcomas, with focal, moderate staining in 40% of chordoid meningiomas.

Results As compared to DM control group, levels of GSP, myocardial enzymes and myocardial Ang Ⅱ were much lower in APS group, while levels of insulin, C-peptide and plasma Ang Ⅱ were the same. Levels of expression of collagen Ⅰ and the ratio of collagen Ⅰ/collagen Ⅲ in APS group were lower than those in DM group. APS group showed lower levels of chymase mRNA expression and activity than those in DM control group, while there was no diference in ACE mRNA expression and activity between the two groups.

We reconstructed the gene of human scFv and prepared scFv and scFv antibody fragments by prokaryotic expression system PET22b/BL21(DE3). After being purification by Ni-NTA column and renaturalization by urea dialyzation, the affinity and thermostability of scFv and scFv were detected.

结果表明，成功构建了scFv基因；实现了scFv和scFv在原核中的高效表达，二者的表达量均占菌体总量的35％以上，且成功的纯化了表达的重组蛋白，复性后获得了有活性的纯化重组蛋白。

In theory, on entry into endosome of tumor cells immunoGrB protein releases C-terminal PE Ⅱ-GrBa into cytosol as a result of auto-cleavage of peptide bond between Arg279 and Gly280. Two kinds of PE translocating peptides covering 253-364 aa and 253-358 aa were compared for their endosome-disruptive function.

Results In RT-PCR analysis of the peripherial blood, 45%(18 out 40) of CRC patients, 10%(2 out 20) of CRP patients were positive for CEA mRNA, respectively. All 40 healthy individuals were negative for CEA mRNA expression. The detection of CEA mRNA was significantly correlated with TNM stage of CRC patients, while there were no significant relationship between the CEA mRNA expression and the malignant extent of cell differentiation.

结果 40例结肠癌患者外周血中CEA mRNA表达的阳性率为45.0%(18/40)，而健康对照组均为阴性，两者比较有显著性差异(P.01)；20例结肠息肉患者中CEA mRNA表达阳性率为10%(2/20)；CEA mRNA阳性表达率与肿瘤分期相关，而与肿瘤细胞分化程度并不相关。

Results In cystitis glandularis tissue AQP1 mainly expressed in the endothelial cells of micrangium,the immunohistochemical positive exponent was 35.947;AQP2 expressed in the cell membrane and periplasm of the mucosa epithelial cells,the immunohistochemical positive exponent was 34.644;and AQP3 did not express.

Outcome:(1) Acute ischemic damage may induce the expression of c-fos protein in Cerebral Cortex quickly. Also, the expression increases by the ischemia time delay. It may hint that ischemia injury can rise the ability of nerve cells to tolerate ischemia and anoxia. And the expression level of c-fos can be up-regulated by putting blood of 12 hand Jing Points. So we think that treated by this therapy can rise the irritability of brain to resist the development of ischemia and enhance the ability to plerosis.(2) Acute ischemic damage may induce the expression of HspVO in Cerebral Cortex quickly. Also, the expression increases by the ischemia time delay. It may hint that ischemia injury can rise the ability of nerve cells to tolerate ischemia and anoxia.

三 结果(1)急性缺血性脑损伤可快速诱导c-fos蛋白在皮层缺血区脑组织的表达，其表达有随缺血时间延长而逐渐增多的趋势，提示脑的缺血性损伤可应激性地增强神经细胞对缺血、缺氧的耐受和适应能力，而应用井穴放血的干预治疗可明显上调缺血区皮层脑组织c-fos的表达水平，进一步增强脑组织对抗缺血性损伤的应激能力，抵抗缺血性脑损害的进一步发展。
