运用粗糙集理论对条件属性进行相对约简，通过去掉冗余条件属性，得到决策表的最小条件属性集和核，以决策表的某个约简作为输入层神经元，根据经验公式确定隐含层神经元个数，并以核元素连接对应输出层神经元，通过去掉冗余训练样本，提高沟通的学习效率，构建了企业隐性知识沟通神经网络优化模型。

The PSCA_3 fragment was selected for its superior expression level in eukaryotic cells.Then the sig-PSCA_3-Fc-GPI genetic fragment was cloned into pVAX1-neo-IRES-GM/B7 vector to construct the final immunological inhanced DNA vaccine pVAX1-PSCA_3-FcGB. Immunofluorescence and flow cytometry were used to confirm the expression of PSCA_3 fragment by transfected into Cos7 cell.Finally,the anti-tumor effect of pVAX1-PSCA_3-FcGB was tested in murine prostate cancer model generated by RM-1 cell line.The animal was immunized with pVAX1-PSCA_3-FcGB DNA vaccine by intramuscular injection plus electroporation,pVAX1 and pVAX1-PSCA_1-FcGB plasmid were used as control.The inhibitory effect of tumor was investigated by observion of forming time,volume and inhibition ratio of tumor.Results:DNA sequencing conformed that the heterological PSCA fusion antigen fragment which was synchronized by overlapping-extending-PCR,was consistent to design.Enzyme digestion analysis showed that the 1 to 4 copies heterological PSCA fusion antigen fragments were constructed successfully.

方法(1)检索GenBank，选择包含人主要T细胞抗原表位序列的人PSCA基因片段，应用异种化抗原设计技术，保留人T细胞抗原表位，设计异种化PSCA融合抗原片段；(2)根据核酸序列按中心模板法设计引物，应用重叠延伸PCR技术拼接合成异种化PSCA融合抗原片段基因，以PCR、限制性酶切和DNA序列测定法进行鉴定：(3)利用DNA限制性内切酶BssHⅡ和MluⅠ酶切后粘端互补的特点，采用同尾酶法构建1—4拷贝异种化PSCA融合抗原片段(PNCA_1-PSCA_4)，并将上述片段分别插入真核表达载体pCI-neo-Fc-GPI中，转染293T细胞，借助免疫荧光+流式细胞术考察插入片段表达效率，最终选定PSCA_3片段进行下一步研究；(4)将sig-PSCA_3-Fc-GPI基因片段自pCI-PSCA_3-Fc-GPI质粒上切下，插入pVAX1-neo-IRES—GM/B7载体中，构建免疫增效DNA疫苗pVAX1-PSCA_3-FcGB，并应用转染Cos7细胞+免疫荧光/流式细胞术方法鉴定其在真核细胞中的表达情况；(5)给8周龄雄性C57BL/6小鼠皮下种植RM-1细胞，制备小鼠前列腺癌模型，并采用股四头肌肌肉注射+电脉冲法(Electroporation，EP)接种DNA疫苗质粒pVAX1-PSCA_3-FcGB，同时接种pVAX1空载体质粒和pVAX1-PSCA_1-FcGB质粒作为对照，通过观察计算免疫动物的成瘤时间、肿瘤体积和抑瘤率，来评价该DNA疫苗在小鼠体内的抑瘤效果。

计算与实验结果对比表明，该模型能应用于一维条件下任何加载方式的固结模拟，能描述表观前期固结压力的应变率效应、次固结引起的表观前期固结压力增加、连续加载下超静孔隙水压的增长规律等一些已被实验广泛证实且不能被太沙基固结理论反映的现象。

The apparent degree of network chains for the different swollen extent of the same unswollen hydrogel sample increased linearly with the increase of swelling ratio, however, the apparent modulus did not decrease monotonously with the increase of swelling ratio. Furthermore, the dependence of apparent degree of network chains on swelling ratio had nothing to do with the swelling agent. The above results reflected the changes of entanglement and the contribution of entanglement under different swelling ratio, and the results could be explained with the theory of Flory-Erman's constrained junction model and LangleyGraessley relation.

It identifies "worse condition points" along the path according to the curve information, machine tools capability and machining requirement. Integrated with adaptive interpolation, segmented high speed machining is adopted. Different constant speed segments and speed transition segments are obtained according to the feed motion constraint model, and the corresponding feed information are stored in a penta-element lookup chain table. By referring to the lookup table, the interpolator can automatically determine the feed motion.

算法根据加工路径的曲线信息、机床加工能力及加工要求确定&最差状态点&，并结合自适应插补思想，采用分段高速加工，根据进给约束模型得到不同恒定速度加工段及速度过渡段，并将这些信息存储在一个五元的自适应Lookup链表中，插补过程中通过查找该链表确定进给参数。

RESULTS:① Forty items of psychological qualities were chosen from the 104 items by experts and categorized into 3 levels: personality, moral character and competence.② The mean scale values of each item were calculated on the 9004 questionnaires.③ 3 items with mean scale values less than 0.477 were eliminated in line with the 5 degree positive improtance multigrade fuzzy set.④ The rating model of psychological qualities in coherence of competency was established in 3 categories and on 3 levels for low ranking commanders.

结果：①根据专家评判筛选出40项胜任特征评价指标，并划分为3类：个性特质、品行特质和能力倾向；②根据9004份调查结果获得每一指标的平均量表值；③根据5级肯定性重要度模糊集评判原则，删除3项量表值。477的指标；④依据专家分类和模糊集评判原则，构建我军初级军官3类与3水平胜任特征心理品质评价模型。

Five means are offered to extend the data model: setting aside reserved-fields, adding new fields, adding new sub-tableles, and adding new toplevel structure, and adding new drop-down pick-list.
