The project implemented a systemic investigation to the pupa period of wild silkworm comparatively, which from Shanxi, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou provinces and so on. According to the investigation, the pupa dormant characteristic of Shaanxi wild silkworm was found, and the individual, which pupa period was more than two months was selected. Through the hybrid genetic analysis we found that the characteristics for a long period of pupa was controlled by polygene and genetic recessively and strongly influenced by environmental conditions at the same time. To compare the performance of pupa period of the pupa dormant wild mulberry silkworm, we designed different ecological conditions. The result indicating that the temperature is the main factor in the ecological impact, but the pupa period was extended at the same temperature conditions, indicating that the additive effects of the environmental factors.
本项目实施,系统调查比较了陕西、江苏、四川、重庆、贵州等省市的野桑蚕的蛹期经过,发现了陕西野桑蚕的蛹休眠特性,筛选获得了长达2个月以上的蛹期经过个体;通过杂交遗传分析,发现长蛹期特性表现为隐性遗传,受多基因控制,同时受环境条件的强烈影响作用;通过设计不同生态条件比较蛹休眠性野桑蚕蛹期经过的表现,表明温度是主要的生态影响因子,但相同温度的野外型条件下蛹期经过延长,表明受到环境因素的综合作用。

In the dry sliding experiments of composites, friction coefficients decreased with the increase of load. Plastic deformation happened in the worn surface where Fe element was found, so PAM micro-fiber supported part of the load and prevented the further deformation. On the condition of high speed and high load, the worn surface of PAM1/nylon 6 composites was nearly melted and formed comparative uniform transfer on the surface of steel, which accounted for the rather low wear mass loss. The infrared analysis showed that the a small quantity of transition of crystal form from α into γ of nylon and its composites happened during the friction because of the high temperature and strong sheering strength.
通过对复合材料耐磨性能研究表明:复合材料的摩擦系数随载荷的增加而逐步下降,且磨损表面有明显的塑性变形;从能谱分析结果来看,复合材料表面有Fe的存在,表明PAM微纤承受了部分载荷,并阻止了基体的进一步塑性变形及粘着转移;在高速高载时,PAM1/尼龙6磨损表面处于粘流态,并在钢环表面形成了连续的转移膜,表现出较好的耐磨损性能,且在高温和强剪切力的作用下,材料基体发生了少量的α晶体向γ晶体的转移。

The evidences of stratigraphy, petrology and structure imply that the collision of the two Paleoplate took place during the last stage of Caledonian, while the intracontinental subduction and the nappe took place during Indo-China stage, and the transcurrent basins took place during Yenshan stage. The thermal property studies indicate that the mass loss of compound B was 54.39% at 242.2~750℃, and when the temperature was 1000℃, there was 25.11% char residue left, which showed that the title compound has a good thermal stability and char forming capability. Using acetonitrile as the solvent instead of trichloromethane or 1, 2-dichloethane gave higher yield. During the synthesis, the yield was very low when triethylamine was used as acid acceptor alone, and when a little amount of 4-dimethylaminopyridine was added at the same time, the yield could be 81%.

In the present paper, the Sox gene expression analysis of different tissues from the Trionyx sinensis was studied by using RTPCR, and Sox gene fragments of expression from the testicle, brain and spleen were cloned using RTPCR products. The results show that Sox gene has specific expression in the testicle, brain, spleen, cardiac muscle and kindney and hasn't expression in muscle, liver and ovary. The results of clone reveal that the Sox genes of expression in the testicle are TSSox1 and TSSox 4, and those are TSSox2 and TSSox4 in the brain, and that is TSSox4 in the spleen. This suggests that the Sox gene act important role not only on the sex determination, but also on the development of neural system, immunocyte system and the differentiattion of male germ cell.

To get more information of the function of human Era on cell cycle, the complete control inducible mammalian expression system was used to express human Era mutant and analyzed cell cycle of uninduced (add 1% ethanol) and induced (10μM Pon A) cell lines by flowcytometer, the primary results demonstrated human Era mutant could inhibit apoptosis induced by ethanol, and Era S36N may stimulate the expression of Bcl-2 as detected by Western Blot.

The results showed that elevated CO2 increased the R/S ratio and the dry mass of both coarse and fine roots, indicating that the seedlings under elevated CO2 allocated more biomass to their belowground part. Compared with control, elevated CO2 increased the contents of reducing sugar, sucrose, and total soluble sugar in coarse roots significantly, but had less effect on those in fine roots. Elevated CO2 increased the contents of starch and total non-structural carbohydrate both in coarse roots and in fine roots. Under elevated CO2, the carbon content in coarse and fine roots had an unsignificant increasing trend, while the nitrogen content decreased significantly, which resulted in an increase of C/N ratio.

The CoFe2O4/TiO2 magnetic nano-photocatalysts has fairly good magnetic property. The X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and ultraviolet-visible technique were used to analyze the phase structure, size and spectrum response scope of the samples. The XRD indicated the anatase TiO2 was formed when TCF modified by plasma. The size of CoFe2O4 particles was about 20 nm. The diameter of CoFe2O4/TiO2 particles is in the range of 30~40 nm. So the shell of TiO2 enwraps closely around the core and the thickness is in the range of 10~20 nm.
