Compared with the conventionalemulsion polymerization system in the presence of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, the latices prepared by emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization have much more narrow distribution of latex particle sizes (0.2um in diameter), better resistance to electrolytes, pH, freeze-thaw, and better mechanical stability. Not only the tensile strength of the copolymers prepared by this method is obviously increased, but also the water resistance and adhesion capacity are significantly enhanced. On the other hand, the TG results indicate the copolymer has lower thermal stability than conventional copolymer.

The results showed that expression plasmid pET22b-lysB was constructed successfully. Highly purified recombination protein was obtained 33.2 mg from 1 L LB culture medium. A screening for His-LysB activity on esterase and lipase substrates confirmed the lipolytic activity. With p-nitrophenyl butyrate as substrate, the thermal stability of the enzyme was poor when the temperature was above 30oC. The enzyme exhibited higher stability at pH 5.0–9.5. The optimum temperature and pH for the lipolytic activity of His-LysB were 23oC and 7.5 respectively. Under the optimum conditions, the specific activity of His-LysB was 1.3 U/mg. Zn2+, Cu2+, Mg2+, Mn2+and phenylmethane sulfonyl fruoride severely inhibited the lipolytic activity of His-LysB.

The results from electron micrographic analysis show that soot oxidation is influenced by aggregation and agglomeration of soot particulates, at the same time, the crystallograms show that the previous soot particle is non-crystal carbon, but in the latter conbustion period, a very small amount of crystal soot with unstable lattice at relatively higher flame temperature is formed. The crystallization happens greatly in period of combustion when temperature is relatively lower. The smoke particulates consist of crystal carbon similar to chaoite crystal latice and noncrystal carbon.

Large condensate gas pools are developed in the Ordovician and Carboniferous in the Lunnan low salient. Geochemical study shows that the Ro of gas condensate in these gas pools is in the range of 0.8% 1.0%(far below the threshold of R o=1.3% for thermal cracking), and the condensate gas is overmature dry gas (with R o>2.0%). Moreover, the crude oil and dry gas in the study area were charged in different stages, indicating that the genesis of the condensate gas was not thermal cracking.

The results show that, Au-19.25Ag-12.80Ge brazing alloy is better, its melting temperature range is 446.76494.40 ℃, and the temperature interval between the solidus and the liquidus is 47.64 ℃. When the brazing temperature is in the range of 510550 ℃, the alloy has a good spreadability and wettability with Ni. Interface structure observation reveals that there is one continuous intermetallic layer between the brazing alloy and the base metal Ni when welding. X-ray energy spectrum analysis results show that the intermetallic layer is Ge3Ni5, and because of its brittleness, the overthick intermetallic layer will decrease the shear strength of the welding joint, therefore, the welding technology should be controlled so as to gain an ideal welding interface structure.

Then,the prediction imprinting principle of SM_2 and SIZ were given. The diagrams of infrared spectrum were analysed in MAA and 4-Vp and IMPs of SM_2. It was discoved that the absorbability peak of C=C function group in the IMPs were turn to be very low ,but the function group of carboxylic acid and pyridyl in the IMPs were no evidence change, and the condition was created in the molecular recognition of MIPs. Thermal Analysis was adopted to research IMPs ,in which ,a better thermal stability and its decompose temperature were showed in the results.
