两组动物各有一半在给药期间每日口服0.6g 甘草锌。同时，还分别用甘草铵和 ZnSO_4做比较实验。结果表明甘草锌确能减轻 Ca-DTPA 对大鼠体重、外观、肾脏病变和微量元素含量的不良影响。比较实验的结果表明，Ca-DTPA 的毒副作用实际上是与微量元素 Zn的丢失相关，而甘草锌的缓解效果主要是通过补锌达到的。

The project implemented a systemic investigation to the pupa period of wild silkworm comparatively, which from Shanxi, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou provinces and so on. According to the investigation, the pupa dormant characteristic of Shaanxi wild silkworm was found, and the individual, which pupa period was more than two months was selected. Through the hybrid genetic analysis we found that the characteristics for a long period of pupa was controlled by polygene and genetic recessively and strongly influenced by environmental conditions at the same time. To compare the performance of pupa period of the pupa dormant wild mulberry silkworm, we designed different ecological conditions. The result indicating that the temperature is the main factor in the ecological impact, but the pupa period was extended at the same temperature conditions, indicating that the additive effects of the environmental factors.

本项目实施，系统调查比较了陕西、江苏、四川、重庆、贵州等省市的野桑蚕的蛹期经过，发现了陕西野桑蚕的蛹休眠特性，筛选获得了长达2个月以上的蛹期经过个体；通过杂交遗传分析，发现长蛹期特性表现为隐性遗传，受多基因控制，同时受环境条件的强烈影响作用；通过设计不同生态条件比较蛹休眠性野桑蚕蛹期经过的表现，表明温度是主要的生态影响因子，但相同温度的野外型条件下蛹期经过延长，表明受到环境因素的综合作用。

Results(1) Group of electroacupuncture in Shu and dense wave can significantlyreduce the degree of ankle swelling(P＜0.05, P＜0.01), which shows thatelectroacupuncture has obvious anti-inflammatory and repercussive roles;(2) Theresults of HE staining showed that group of electroacupuncture in Shuand dense wave can significantly reduce inflammatory cell infiltration,inhibit synovial cell proliferation, and decrease proliferation of granulationtissue in rats joints;(3) group of electroacupuncture in dense-wave can increase the pain thresholdof experimental rats (P＜0.05, P＜0.01), reduce the content of peripheral painmediums, such as K~+, DA and 5-HT(P＜0.05, P＜0.01), which shows thatelectroacupuncture has significant analgesic effect;(4) In the local lesion of joints, electroacupuncture can significantly reducethe content of IL-1β, IL-8, TNF-a, increase IL-4 content, decrease theexpression of COX-2mRNA, and significantly promote the expression ofHSP-70 protein in synovial tissues of acute gouty arthritis rats (P＜0.05,P＜0.01),thus restrain the occurrence of synovial tissue inflammation.

结果：(1)电针疏密波组能显著减轻踝关节肿胀度(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，表明电针有明显的抗炎消肿作用；(2)HE染色显示：电针疏密波组可使大鼠关节炎症细胞浸润明显减轻，滑膜细胞增生明显被抑制，肉芽组织增生明显减少；(3)电针密波组能提高实验性大鼠痛阈(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，降低外周疼痛介质K~+、DA、5-HT的含量(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，表明电针有明显的镇痛作用；(4)在病变关节局部，电针能显著降低急性痛风性关节炎大鼠滑膜组织IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α含量(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，升高IL-4的含量(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，并降低关节滑膜内COX-2mRNA的表达(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，可促使急性痛风性关节炎大鼠滑膜内HSP-70蛋白表达显著增加(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，从而抑止滑膜组织炎症发生。

Results showed that the specific activity of nitrile hydratase per dry cell weight in engineered Rhodococcus strains driven by Ptac, Pami-1, Pami-2 and PlacZ was 7.5, 6.3, 5.3 and 1.8 times of that in the wild, respectively. It indicated that these promoters could be well recognized by RNA polymerase of Rhodococcus.

结果表明，启动子Ptac、Pami-1(7 bp SD-ATG间隔)、Pami-2(13 bp SD-ATG间隔)和PlacZ在紫红红球菌ATCC 33278中启动表达腈水合酶的比酶活分别是野生菌株的7.5、6.3、5.3和1.8倍，表明这些启动子都可以被红球菌的RNA聚合酶所成功识别。

The physical maps of mtDNAs from N.taihuensis Chen,Salvelinus taxa and Salmo salar were analyzed.Genetic distances between mtDNAs were calculated by the formula of Nei and Li(1979).Phylogenetic reconstruction method,UPGMA,was used to analyze the genetic relationships and the molecular dendrogram was established and revealed:the genetic distance between Salvelinus taxa and Salmo salar is 12.23% and that between N.taihuensis Chen and Salvelinus taxa-S.salar is 21.36%.Thisc indicates that Salangidae diverged from Salmoninae earlier.

比较了鲑形目3种鱼的线粒体DNA物理图谱，根据限制性位点差异法计算它们之间的遗传距离，利用UPGMA聚类分析法构建分子聚类图，结果表明：红点鲑属与大西洋鲑先聚在一起，再与太湖新银鱼相聚，前两者间遗传距离为12.33%，亲缘关系较近，太湖新银鱼与这两者间的遗传距离为21.36%，亲缘关系较远，表明银鱼科与鲑科分离较早。

In 2003, the dominant species were Artemisia ordosica and Salsola ruthenica. Their niche breadth indexes were 0.544 and 0.460 respectively. The results of niche overlapping in 2006 and 2007 also showed that the species with big niche breadth didn't always have big niche overlapping, and the niche breadth and niche overlapping did not have a positive direct linear relation.

结果表明：2007年封育区植物种的生态位宽度及种间的生态位重叠指数总体上较2006年有所降低；2006年黑沙蒿生态位宽度最大，达0.768，是06年封育区的优势种；2007年封育区的优势种为刺沙蓬和黑沙蒿，其生态位宽度值分别为0.544、0.460；2006年和2007的生态位重叠结果均表明，生态位宽度大的物种不一定和其他物种有大的重叠指数，较高的生态位宽度和较高的生态位重叠之间并不存在直接的线性关系；2006年、2007年较高的Pianka生态位重叠指数都出现在生态位宽度较小的物种之间。
