A systematic method has been established for primary cultivating of cortical neurons. Observations indicated that the cortical neurons were affixed to the culture after 4h, and the nerve cells had 1-2 small processes. The Nissl's staining results show that the purity(≥92%) of the cortical neurons rose apparently on days 3 and 6 post-beginning of culturing with Ara-C inhibition. The MTT experiment show that the viability of the neurons was the highest,and they are oval,araneiform and pyramidal and formed an integrated neural network on day 6 post-beginning of culturing.

The results of potentiodynamically polarization curve and EIS in 55wt% LiBr solutions at room temperature in atmospherical pressure indicated that the corrosion current density of BMBSE film coated surface was 4 orders of magnitude smaller than that of bare SUS304 steel, and the impedance was increased by a factor of 10000. Static immersing corrosion test presented that the BMBSE film can significantly increase the corrosion resistance in 55wt%LiBr solution at 180°C compared with stainless steels.

The result s indicated that,(1)the levels of Leu, Lys, Ser Asn,Ile,Gly,and Thr were obviously decreased whea lse the levels of orn, Trp evidently increased in cultural liquid of throat can cer cell line indicating that the growth of HepⅡ cell consumed 7 amino acids and releaced 2 amino acids into cultural liquid.(2)the levels of Glu, Gls, Leu, Phe, Tyr and Trp were evidently increased while the levels of Thr , His, Ala decreased in plasma from patient with ANLL. These r esults were consistent with the previous report.(3)the levels of Gly, Trp and Phe in plasma from patients with ANLL evidently de creased and the levels of Ala, His increased after therapy indicating that cance r cells were growing in an anaerobic catabolism state.
