Oxidation of α,β-Unsaturated Ketones with Hypervalent Iodine Reagent Literatures reported that lead acetate-borontrifluoride etherate (LTA/BF3-Et2O) can transform α,β-unsaturated ketone to β,γ-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester through an one-step oxidative rearrangement reaction. Our research along this line indicated that hypervalent iodine reagents can also affect the same reaction.

II。 高价碘对α，β-不饱和酮之氧化研究先前已有文献指出用leadacetate-borontrifluoride etherate (LTA/BF3-Et2O)做氧化剂，可以经由一步的重组氧化反应把α，β-不饱和酮(α，β-unsaturated ketones)氧化成β，γ-不饱和碳酸酯(β，γ-unsaturated carboxylic acid esters)衍生物。

Experiment results indicate that both the ethylenic derivative of benzophenone and the new synthesized polysiloxane are characteristic of three typical intensive and broad absorption bands in ultraviolet region at about 240nm, 288nm and 326nm, and show effective ultraviolet absorptive ability in wavelengths between 240nm and 400nm.
