The rutile TiO2 powder photocatalyst was prepared by hydrolysis process, and it was coated with WO3 by dipping process using tetrabutyl titanate (C16H36O4Ti) as raw material. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, Raman spectra, TEM and diffuse reflectance UV-Vis spectra.
