The results show that the chlorite jade is in dark green, semi-translucent to opaque, and lepidoblastic texture, with hardness of 2.5, refractive index 1.58 and density 2.60 g/cm^3. It has homogeneous texture and less fissures, and no fluorescence under ultraviolet fluorescence lamp. XRD analysis shows that the mineral composition of the chlorite jade is mainly chlorite.

The crystal structure of three eremophliane sesquiterpenes and one bisabolane sequiterpene with two epoxies from above two Ligularia species were determined by X-ray four circle differactomer technique and single crystal structure analysis, and their stereostructure was further confirmed.

The interaction between 4ac and others compositions was not detected by DSC. The peak position of 4ac in DSC did not changed comparing 4ac with 4ac-PLA-NP lyophilize injection. Thc X-ray result showed that the peak of 4ac-PLA-NP was piled up between 4ac and other compositions.

差示扫描量热分析结果表明药物与各组分之间无明显的相互作用，制成4ac-PLA-NP冻干针剂后，其放热峰主要表现为聚乳酸的放热峰：X-射线衍射结果表明药物与载体间无相互作用，4ac-PLA-NP主要表现为4ac与载体之间的叠加峰；TLC、FT-IR也同样表明药物与载体无相互作用，它们之间是一种物理结合，并未有新物质生成。
