METHODS:Nimodipine solid dispersions were prepared using solven t-dispersion with excipientsN as carriers. DTA,X-ray powder diffraction,Scanni ng electron microphotographs and Infra-red spectra were used to determine the s tatus of nimodipine in carriers, and dissolution characteristics were studied in water.

In this paper, a turbostratic CN precursor was prepared by means of pyrolysis of melamine, then it was treated by high temperature and high pressure. The pyrolysis process of melamine, mechanism of hydrogen elimination and the effect of catalysts on pyrolysis of melamine were studied. The crystal structures, bonding states and chemical compositions of CN precursor obtained by pyrolyzing melamine are analyzed by X ray diffraction, burning spectrum, scanning elecron microscope and Fourier transform infrared Spectroscopy.

本文采用三聚氰胺热解法制备了乱层石墨结构的碳氮前驱物并进行了探索性的高温高压实验；研究了三聚氰胺热解的工艺、去氢机理以及催化剂对三聚氰胺热解过程的影响规律；借助 X 射线衍射、燃烧谱、透射电镜和红外光谱等手段，对获得的碳氮前驱物进行了成分、晶体结构、价键结构的分析。

论文采用TEM、HREM、XRD、IR、NMR、中子衍射、Raman光谱和定量化学分析、光透沉降粒度分析等手段，对制备得到的纳米SiC粉体进行了系统表征研究，并研究了SiC纳米粉体的成核、生长、晶化过程和机制，指出化学气相反应法制备SiC纳米粉体的过程是一个均匀成核→核子生长形成初始颗粒→初始颗粒熔融碰撞→产物粉体的过程。

The relation between crystalline RE Carbonates precipitated from various types of leaching liquor of weathered leach-deposited RE ore and its RE composition has been studied by chemical analysis, XRD,IR spectrograph,SEM,TGA and DTA, The results are as follows: The quality of crystalline RE carbonates is better than one of RE oxalates.

Nanostructured ZnO films with grain size of 28～35 nm have been prepared on quartz glass substrates by pulse laser ablation of Zn target in oxygen atmosphere. The structural and optical properties of the films were studied. ZnO thin films with typical c-axis (002) orientation were successfully deposited at a range of 100～250 ℃. The results obtained by X-ray diffraction and photoluminescence measurements show that the strong UV emission centering is about 378～385 nm and deep-level emission centering about 518～558 nm in the room temperature PL spectra of the ZnO films.

利用脉冲激光沉积法在氧气氛中烧蚀锌靶制备了纳米晶氧化锌薄膜，衬底为石英玻璃，晶粒尺寸约为28～35 nm.X射线衍射结果和光致发光光谱的测量表明，当衬底温度在100～250 ℃范围内时，所获得的ZnO薄膜具有c轴的择优取向，所有样品的强紫外发射中心均在378～385 nm范围内，深能级发射中心约518～558 nm，衬底温度为200 ℃时，得到了单一的紫外光发射。
