Methods Arterial bypass with prosthesis - graft was carried out in 15 cases: ascending aorta- bilateral axillar arteries and unilateral ICA bypass in 6 cases, ascending aorta - bilateral axillar arteries bypass in 3 cases, ascending aorta - unilateral axillar arteries and unilateral ICA bypass in 5 cases, and in one case of complicated TA combined with abdominal aorta, ascending aorta- bilateral axillar arteries and unilateral ICA bypass were performed, followed by unilateral axilla - femeral bypass.

方法15例重症头臂型大动脉炎患者经胸行人工血管旁路术，升主动脉-双腋动脉、单颈内动脉架桥6例，升主动脉-双腋动脉架桥3例，升主动脉一单腋动脉、单ICA架桥5例，1例合并腹主动脉闭塞的复合型，一期行升主动脉-双腋动脉、单ICA架桥，二期行单侧腋股搭桥术。

Results 4 cases were treated by thoracic close drainage as long term treatment; 6 cases were cured with exclusive thoracic close drainage; 123 cases of bronchopleural fistula were treated with decortication or thoracoplasty after their symptoms of ardent fever, cough and expectoration vanished due to drainage ; 23 cases of hronchopleural fistula were treated with thoracic close drainage, cleaning up focus of infectionrestoring fistulae-splanchnic wall decortication and repeated chest drainage ,4 cases were cured and the extent of operation and thoracic deformity in 19 cases were diminished.

结果 4例不能耐受进一步手术者采用闭式引流术作为永久性的治疗；6例单纯引流治愈；123例因支气管胸膜瘘等经引流后高热、咳嗽、咳痰等症状消失，择期行胸膜纤维板剥脱术或胸廓成形术；23例合并支气管胸膜瘘拟行胸廓成形术的患者，经引流、病灶清除-瘘修补-脏层纤维板剥脱术、再引流，4例治愈，19例减小了手术范围及胸廓畸形的程度。

Objective To investigate the feasibility of endoscopic nasal surgery for nasopharyngeal angiofibroma to avoid complications of routine surgeries.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed for six patients'clinical records from June2002to June2004.Endoscopic nasal surgery and other techniques such as CT,MRI,digital substract angiography,Controlled-hypotention anesthesia and preoperative feeding artery embolism had been used.Results No complication had occurred.

目的 避免常规手术的并发症，探讨经鼻内镜引导下鼻咽纤维血管瘤切除术的可行性方法回顾性分析从2002年6月～2004年6月收治的6例经鼻内镜手术治疗的鼻咽纤维血管瘤患者的临床资料，术均行CT或MRI检查，了解瘤体小及部位，行字减影血管造影了解瘤体血供，术前采用供血动脉栓塞，术中采用控制性低血压技术。

结果 ：根据血管走行差异分：1型：主干经二腹肌前腹浅面到下颌骨下缘表面至皮下占 3 6%，2型：主干经二腹肌前腹深面到下颌骨下缘深面至皮下占 64%；1型血管位置表浅，易于分离，且蒂较长，旋转度大，2型相比反之。结论：根据颏下动脉走行设计不同皮瓣的大小来修复面部皮肤组织

Methods: 470 patients with liver metastases were treated by regional therapy of hepatic artery in 1231 times. Antitumor agents were selected according to the pathologic results of origin tumor, added embolization with lipiodol ultra-fluid or / and gelatin sponge to the patients of hypervascular.

470例肝转移瘤患者共经肝动脉介入治疗1231次，化疗药物依原发肿瘤组织类型确定，肿瘤血供丰富者行栓塞治疗，栓塞剂采用超液化碘油或/和明胶海绵，对可能影响经肝动脉介入治疗疗效的因素行Cox回归多因素分析。

虚拟耳镜示锤砧关节分离，砧镫关节脱位，听骨链中断。手术经颞线下开放上鼓室，保留完整的外耳道后上壁，充分暴露上、后鼓室和听骨链，检查并行听骨链成形术。结果：砧骨长脚骨折1耳，将砧骨改型后行锤-镫连接术；锤砧和砧镫关节脱位6耳，砧骨完全脱落3耳，行砧骨复位双关节固定术。10耳均行上鼓室进路鼓室探查术，术后语频听力平均提高25~50dB。结论：完壁式上鼓室进路鼓室探查术治疗外伤性听骨链中断疗效满意。

Then transplantation of the sciatic nerve from donor rats to the recipient rats in two groups were progressed.7 days after nerve transplantation,the contents of cd4 and cd8 in peripheral plasma of recipient rats were detected by flow cytometry.8 weeks after nerve transplantation,transplanted nerve were observed under light microscope.results:compared with nonirradiated group,the percentage of cd4 and the ratio of cd4 to cd8 in uvb irradiated group were significantly decreased（p＜0.05,p＜0.01）,cd8 percentage was significantly increased（p＜0.01）.conclusion:uvb-irradiated donor splenocytes were injected in the recipient rats through caudal veil,which could induce immunological tolerance to allogeneic transplantation.

未照射组注射未经紫外线照射的供体脾细胞，照射组注射经紫外线照射的脾细胞，7 d后移植供体神经。术后7 d行外周血t淋巴细胞亚群检查，术后8 w行移植神经组织学检查。结果：照射组cd4+百分率、cd4+/cd8+比值较非照射组明显降低（p.01，p.05），cd8+百分率较非照射组明显升高（p.01）。组织学检查显示，照射组的再生神经较非照射组多。结论：尾静脉内注射经紫外线照射的异基因脾细胞可诱导对异体神经移植的特异性免疫耐受。紫外线；脾细胞；免疫耐受；坐骨神经

Methods 132 neurosurgical patients undergoing selective subfrontal craniotomy without the pain of the incision of scalp were involved. The onset, severity, and characters of the neuralgia were recorded.

132例择期行冠状切口经额下入路的神经外科患者，排除切口局部疼痛后记录神经痛的发生时间、程度和性质；所有拟诊为术后神经痛的患者首先应用非甾体类消炎镇痛药物口服及脱水治疗，对经药物治疗后疼痛视觉模拟评分仍高于7分的患者行类固醇激素神经阻滞疗法。

Methods A total of 36 patients with advanced renal cancer were definitely diagnosed by IVP, US, CT or MRI examination. A 5F Yashiro catheter was introduced into the femoral artery with Seldinger's technique under local anesthesia, abdominal aortagraphy and renal arteriography in both sides of kidneys were performed routinely to display the blood supplying arteries of tumor, thereafter, renal embolization was performed under superselective catherization for chemotherapeutic embolizing. Then the clinical effect was observed, the amount of blood loss and the operation time were recorded. All these results were compared with that of randomly selected 17 patients before surgical operation with advanced renal cancer admitted during the recent 3 years but without embolization.

36例中晚期肾癌患者，均经临床检查、静脉肾盂造影、B超、CT或MRI检查而确诊；采用Seldinger's技术，局部麻醉下经一侧股动脉穿刺插管，引入5F Yashiro导管，常规行腹主动脉及双肾动脉造影，以显示肿瘤的供血动脉，再将导管超选择插管或尽可能接近肿瘤病灶，进行化疗栓塞，观察其临床改善情况，计算术中失血量及手术时间，并与随机抽取我院近3年所做的17例术前未行肿瘤供血动脉栓塞的肾癌患者进行对照。
