Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of laparoscopy and open ureterolithotomy in the treatment of ureterastone and investigate the management pringciples of retroperi to neal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy.

目的 比较腹腔镜输尿管上段切开取石术与开放性输尿管上段切开取石术的疗效，并探讨腹腔镜经腹膜后途径行输尿管上段切开取石术的处理要点。

Methods 11 cases with cavernous sinus cavernous angiomas were all proved by operation and pathology, 11 cases were examined all by MRI plan scan and enhancement scan, 5 cases were examined by CT.

搜集11例经手术病理证实的海绵窦海绵状血管瘤的CT和MRI影像资料，全部病例均行头颅MRI平扫及增强扫描，其中5例有CT检查。

本计画实地访查100家小型诊所，包括洗肾诊所与设有三个诊疗科别以上之诊所，并汇整辅导访查现场与后续追踪改善情形，以使诊所落实医疗废弃物管理，另提列医疗院所常见废弃物违规样态与稽查重点，提供环保机关督导医疗机构落实废弃物管理之参考；本计画亦针对非有害之玻璃医疗废弃物之特性及处理、再利用技术及再生市场、以及再利用管道进行资料调查整理，经汇整共有4家废玻璃再利用机构表示对医疗废弃物有回收的意愿，且只对无感染性且已妥善分类的点滴瓶、药瓶有回收意愿，分别为春池玻璃实业有限公司、天九兴业股份有限公司、俊行记实业股份有限公司及华夏玻璃股份有限公司。

结果： 共用此方法治疗10例病人，全部是属于严重开放性粉碎性骨折，而且都是骨外露，由于骨髓炎、骨不连，经用各种常规手术及治疗未获成功，使用大块病骨切除，外固定架加压压缩固定，同时在干骺端用自行研制的针锯潜行截骨，恢复切除病骨的长度。10例分别切除病骨死骨3.0~14公分，干骺端分别延长3.0~14公分，全部获得成功，骨髓炎治愈。
