Fenestration laminectomy of L3、5 and part of S1 was performed and the lower threshold dorsal rootlets of L2、3、5、S1 were selectively sectioned judging by electrical stimulation on the patients with lower extremities involved. Open-door laminaplasty of C5-7 and selective posterior rhizotomy of C5-8 were performed on 5 patients with upper limbs involved simultaneously in half a year. For 2 patients with lumbar stenosis or protrusion of intervertebral disc or unstable lumber, internal fixation of pedicle screw was performed while SPR.

针对下肢痉挛患者采用L3、L5及部分S1椎板开窗，通过电刺激测阈值法选择性切断部分L2、3、5，S1脊神经后根；5例合并上肢痉挛瘫患者半年后采用颈后C5~C7单开门法，选择性切断部分C5~C8脊神经后根。2例合并腰椎不稳定、椎管狭窄及腰椎间盘突出，则术中在行SPR的同时行椎管减压，突出椎间盘髓核摘除，并行经椎弓根内固定。

Methods: The clinical and MRI findins of 21 cases (benign 10 case and malignant 11 cases) of GTN which proved by pathology were retros pectively reviewed, all the patients underwent MR scaning, 16 of 21 cases underwent dynamic contrast-enhanced MR scaning.

回顾性分析21例（10例良性、11例恶性）经病理证实的GTN临床和MRI资料，所有病例均行MR常规扫描，其中16例行MR动态增强扫描。

RESULTS: The diagnosis rates of ultrasonography and spiral or thin-cut computed tomography were 70.0%(7/10) and 84.6%(11/13). Ten patients received adrenalectomy with negative resection margins, 4 of them received laparoscopic adrenalectomy.

结果：本组患者经B超和CT检查，对肾上腺肿物的诊断率分别为70.0%(7/10)与84.6%(11/3)。10例行肾上腺转移癌手术切除，其中4例患者于术后1个月至5年间行腹腔镜肾上腺转移癌切除，切缘均无癌细胞。

Methods After heart failure model was induced successfully in 10 sheep, PUCA pump was inserted through aorta and the aortic valve orifice with its tip located in the left ventricle. It was then activated to support the hemodynamics for 3 hours. Hemodynamic parameters were monitored and recorded before thoracotomy, heart failure, and every 60 min after the support. Platelet and plasma free hemoglobin were tested during the experiment.

方法对10只绵羊诱导左心衰竭模型建立成功后行PUCA泵辅助3h，监测并记录血流动力学参数，采动脉血人工计数血小板并测定血浆游离血红蛋白；经辅助3h后检查肾、隔膜泵及导管血栓形成的情况。

Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2007 to December 2008 patients treated four cases of IMH, aged 41-65 years old, three cases of patients with hypertension, in which the merger at the same time one cases of dilated cardiomyopathy, mitral insufficiency, atrial fibrillation defibrillators, heart function three. 回顾性分析2007年1月至2008年12月收治的IMH患者4例，年龄41-65岁，合并高血压病3例，其中1例同时合并扩张型心肌病，二尖瓣关闭不全，心房纤颤，心功能三级。4例患者均合并胸腔积液。4例患者术前均行超声心动图及64排螺旋CT 扫描检查，其中3例经右侧股穿刺置入导管，造影确诊后，植入覆膜支架。
