Methods: Selective renal artery embolization was performed in 68 patients via femoral artery with Seldinger technique, 30 cases were embolized with gelatin sponge chips before operation for renal carcinoma, and 8 cases were embolized with MMC and iodized oil, and gelatin sponge for palliative treatment of advanced renal carcinoma, 6 cases were embolized with thread segments for symptomatic renal angiomyolipoma, 24 cases were embolized with self blood coagulum, gelatin sponge and/or steel coils for traumatic renal hemorrhage.

采用改良Seldinger技术经皮股动脉穿刺插管，对68例进行选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗，其中30例为肾癌术前辅助治疗，应用明胶海绵颗粒栓塞；8例为晚期肾癌姑息性治疗，采用丝裂霉素＋碘油的乳剂行末梢栓塞，然后用明胶海绵行肾动脉主干栓塞；6例症状性肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤，采用真丝线段栓塞；24例肾创伤出血，采用自身血块、明胶海绵或弹簧钢圈栓塞。

Methods Male infertility couples from October 2006 to July 2008 were chosen and divided into ICSI group and TESA+ICSI group. ICSI group were 584 oligozoospermia cases with alive normal sperm in spermatic fluid. TESA+ICSI group were 54 obstructive azoospermia cases with alive normal sperm in testicle. Two groups were treated with ICSI after wives obtained oocytes by ovarian stimulation.

选择2006年10月～2008年7月因男性不孕症夫妇行ICSI治疗的患者638例分成两组，ICSI组和TESA+ICSI组，ICSI组为自行排精后精液内可以找到正常形态活精子的少精症患者行ICSI治疗584例，TESA+ICSI组为梗阻性无精子症患者经睾丸穿刺找到睾丸内形态正常活精子行ICSI治疗共54例，两组女方均给予超促排卵用药获取卵母细胞。

The unoperated sides of the treated animals also served as controls. Six normal rats were treated as normal control group. Three different siRNA plasmid solution containing RC2-Ⅰ, MAFbx-Ⅱ, CON (50μl , 0.8μg/μl)was injected and transfected by electroporation as methods mentioned above, respectively. The changes of RC2 and MAFbx mRNA levels and RC2 protein levels after 3 days were determined by real-time quantitative PCR and Western blot, respectively. On postoperative 2, 3 and 4 weeks, the rate of wet muscle weight preservation, mean diameter of muscle fiber and mean cross-section area of muscle fiber and muscle protein content were checked and then compared between group CON and group RC2 or group MAFbx, respectively. The differences between groups were analyzed by one-way ANOVA. Ultrastructural changes of muscle fiber were observed at 2, 3, 4 weeks postoperation.Results GFP plasmid was efficiently deliverd into muscle by electroporation and robust GFP expression in muscle could be observed more than three weeks. Histology shows that injected plasmid DNA diffuses extensively in muscle tissue.

1、健康雌性SD大鼠18只，随机分为电穿孔组和非电穿孔组，每组9只，制作右下肢趾长伸肌失神经支配模型；EP组为将质粒pEGFP-N1溶液50μl(0.8μg／μl)注射入右趾长伸肌后，立即于两侧腱腹交接处给予电穿孔，电穿孔参数为：电场强度为200V／Cm，脉冲100μs，频率1Hz，施加10次脉冲；NEP组仅质粒pEGFP-N1溶液注射；转染后1、2、3周，荧光显微镜下观察趾长伸肌中GFP的表达情况，转染后1周行Western印迹检测趾长伸肌中GFP蛋白的表达情况，检测和优化体内转染效率。2、健康雌性SD大鼠78只，随机分为失神经对照组、RC2基因治疗组(RC2组)，MAFbx基因治疗组，每组24只，制作右下肢趾长伸肌失神经支配模型，余6只为正常组；分别将含CON、RC2、MAFbx基因的siRNA重组质粒注射入趾长伸肌，之后给予电穿孔，方法同上；治疗后3天实时定量PCR和Western印迹检测各组中RC2或MAFbx基因的mRNA和蛋白的表达变化，治疗后2、3、4周检测各组肌湿重维持率、肌细胞直径和肌细胞截面积，肌细胞超微结构变化以及肌纤维中蛋白含量变化。

Methods The surgical methods to resect pathologically confirmed parotid mixed tumor in 60 cases from January 1998 to December 2002 was analyzed retrospectively. Resection of tumor combined with partial parotidectomy was applied to 58 cases with maximal tumor diameter less than 4cm and total parotidectomy for 2 cases with maximal tumor diameter greater than 4cm.

对我院及上海第二军医大学附属长征医院1998年1月~2002年12月收治的60例经病理诊断的腮腺混合瘤患者行手术切除的方式进行分析。58例肿瘤最大直径小于4cm、患者行肿瘤及周围部分腮腺切除术；对2例最大直径超过4cm的肿瘤患者行腮腺全切除术。

objective to evaluate the main points and complications of ct-guided percutaneous pneumocentesis in patients with lung lesions.methods cook 18～21g puncture needle was used to inserting aspiration in the optimal level,situs,angle and depth.and had made of multidrop.fifty-nine patients with lung lesions underwent ct-guided percutaneous pneumocentesis and follow-up.results the successful puncture rate was 100%,accurate diagnose rate was 92%(54/59).conclusion ct-guided pneumocentesis for chest lesion is a efficient and safe diagnostic method.but it is important to improve the doctor′s operating skill to lessen vascular complication.

目的 探讨ct引导下经皮肺穿刺活检的技术要点及并发症。方法采用cook公司18～21g自动弹射活检枪，选择最佳层面、进针点、进针角度和深度，行多点取材。回顾性分析59例肺内病变ct引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术。结果穿刺成功率100%，活检诊断准确率为92%（54/59）。3例发生轻度气胸，2例穿刺后咯血痰。结论 ct引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术成功率高，是安全的，但操作医生熟练的技术方法非常重要，并可以减少并发症的发生。

Methods 38 cases with 53 hips of ANFH treated with the method of thrombolysis and opening catheterizing and perfusing medial and lateral circumflex arteries.Those drugs are Urokinase 200 thousand Units,Danshen Root 20 ml and Ligustrazine 20 mg. Retention catheter was held in the target vessels and infused the same drugs besides Heparin 4500u in 3 days. To evaluate therapeutic effect ,the DSA of the femoral artery and x-ray plain film and/or CT/MRI of the femoral head were performanced. Results All cases were followed up 1~16 (mean 9.5) months.

方法对38例ANFH患者的53髋先常规行股动脉DSA，后在股骨头的供血动脉旋股内、外侧动脉内灌注溶栓、扩血管药物，即在每支血管内注入稀释后的尿激酶 20万u、丹参10 ml及川芎嗪20 mg；术后保留导管于动脉内，经导管每日注入同剂量的药物及肝素钠4500 u，连用3天后拔管，治疗后复行股动脉DSA检查及行股骨头X线平片及/或CT、MR随访以评估疗效。

Abstract］ objective to investigate anus sphincter preserved surgical method and indication for low rectal cancer.methods 15 cases with low rectal cancer were operated with eversion and pull-through anus preserved colorectal anastomosis through anus.results no patients died of operation,no patients was with fistula and stricture of anastomosis,no defecation incontinence happened after postoperative 20 weeks,only one patient was with local recurrence.following up for 8 months to 5 years,5 cases were with distant metastasis,4 of these died,one of these had lived with liver metastasis for 3 years.conclusion the indication of anus preserved operation should be chosen according to clinical stage and biological characteristic of rectal malignancy; eversion and pull-through anus preserved colorectal anastomosis through anus is a better anus preserved operation for low rectal cancer.

目的 探讨低位直肠癌保留肛门括约肌功能的手术方法和手术适应证。方法对低位直肠癌经腹经肛门直结肠外翻拉出保留肛门吻合术15例。结果全组无手术死亡，未发生吻合口漏和吻合口狭窄，局部复发1例，20周左右恢复正常排便排气功能，无大便失禁病例。随访8个月～5年，5例为远处转移，死亡4例，其中1例肝转移3年仍生存。结论根据直肠癌的临床分期和肿瘤的生物学特性选择保肛手术适应证，经腹、肛门齿线上直肠癌根治性切除，行肛门直结肠外翻拉出吻合是低位直肠癌较好的保肛术式。
