目的 为探讨糖尿病对脑血管的，而对脑动脉血流动力学进行对比。经临床诊断糖尿病50例，行TCDFI检测大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉、大脑后动脉等血管的血流速度指标及搏动指数、阻力指数，收缩期血流速度/舒张末期血流速度及频谱形态分析与健康组对照比对分析。结果(1)TCDFI频谱中，血流速度的变化，Vmax是非特异性的，而VE是明显下降的。
