Methods 32 patients (9 male, 23 female) with histologically proven intracranial epidermoid tumors were included in this study.

经手术病理证实的表皮样囊肿患者32例，男9例，女23例，全部行MR检查。

Pathological diagnoses were obtained from bodkin puncture biopsy or operation exairesis. Masses were divided into 2 groups according to the diameters (≥2 cm and 2 cm). Diagnostic results were compared between single routine ultrasound and routine ultrasound combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasonography.

共112个病灶行常规超声及超声造影检查，经粗针穿刺组织活检和／或手术切除病灶获取组织病理学诊断；按肿块平均直径≥2cm和＜2cm分为两组，分别比较单纯常规超声检查与常规超声联合超声造影的诊断符合率。

METHODS: The 8 patients underwent mandibular distraction osteogenesis,and altogether 16 distractors were placed through extraoral or intraoral incisions for bilateral distraction. The distraction device proceeded at the rate of 1 to 1.5 mm per day and consolidated for 4 to 12 weeks.

8例患者均行牵引成骨技术牵引双侧下颌骨治疗，经口内或口外途径共安放16个牵引器，牵引速度1～1.5 mm/d，固定4～12周，随访2～18个月。

Methods:The great adductor muscle tendon and bone and skin comound flaps pedicled with the descending genicular artery were used to repair the Achilles tendon accompanying with defect of skin and calcaneus at one-stage operation.

受此启发，我们在48侧经动脉灌注红色乳胶的下肢标本上，对膝降动脉的起源、走行、分支和分布，以及大收肌腱的形态进行了解剖学研究，并在4侧新鲜标本上施行摹拟手术实验，设计、创用了以膝降血管为蒂的大收肌腱、骨、皮复合瓣修复跟腱复合组织缺损。

RESULTS: The distance of maxilla setback was from 4 to 8mm in all eases with Le Fort Ⅰ osteotomy. In the cases with BSSRO, mandible advancement was from 4 to 7mm and chin advancement was from 6 to 8mm in 6 cases with genioplasty.

结果：本组行Le Fort Ⅰ型骨切开上颌骨整体后退4~8mm，14例BSSRO下颌骨前移4~7mm，6例颏成形术颏前移6~8mm.1例一侧腭降动脉术中损伤断裂，经结扎处理，无感染及骨块坏死。16例患者伤口均一期愈合。
