To analyze the CT features and diagnosis of 43 cases of mastoiditis with clinical diagnosis, including 26 cases proved by surgery, by studying them retrospectively.

目的：对42例资料完整，其中26例经手术病理证实的中耳乳突炎行回顾性分析，探讨其CT特征、诊断及鉴别。

Methods: twenty rabbits with fracture of the femur diaphysis were treated by intramedullary nailing of femur with composites rod of resorbable dl polylactic acid calcium metaphosphate. the animals were sacrificed at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after surgery. the fracture healing, the material degradation and mechanical properties were studied with x ray films, macroscopic, microscopic and electron microscopic observations.

Imaging studies showed that the positive rate of the ultrasound was 73.33%,the CT was 60.00%,the MRI was 75.00%,and the 99mTc-MIBI was 100.00%.All the patients were underwent parathyroidectomy of front neck incision, and were identified with parathyroid adenoma in 16 cases, hyperplasia in 1case and carcinoma in 2 cases. Follow-up was done from 10 months to 6 years after surgery.
