Seven patients were admitted into this department in acute phase of trauma, repair of popliteal artery in 2 patients and repair of PMC and MCL in 4 patients were performed in this phase. Arthroscopic combined reconstruction of ACL and PCL with autografts was performed in all patients from 4 to 12 weeks after trauma, reconstruction of PLC with the posterior half of biceps femoris tendon tenodesis in 3 patients and reconstruction of PMC and MCL with femoral fascia in 1 patient were completed simultaneously.

方法］自2001年9月~2005年2月，13例病人（13膝）经关节镜检查证明ACL和PCL均断裂，其中5膝伴后内侧角、内侧副韧带损伤，4膝伴后外侧角损伤，2膝伴外侧半月板破裂，1膝伴内侧半月板损伤，3膝伴动脉损伤，2膝伴腓分神经损伤。7例病人于损伤后急性期入院，2膝于急性期行血管探查修复，4膝行膝后内侧角、内侧副韧带修复。13例病人于伤后4~12周在关节镜下行自体移植物单束ACL和PCL联合重建术，其中4例同期后1/2 股二头肌腱重建后PLC，1例同期阔筋膜PMC、MCL重建。

Methods: 60 patients with good temporal window and 25 patients with poor temporal window (bilateral: 8 cases, unilateral: 17 cases) were examined by TCD. Systolic velocity, mean velocity, diastolic velocity, and pulsatility index in MCA were evaluated. 6 cases out of 60 patients with good temporal window were measured in transoptical and transtemporal detecting angle by MRI.

对颞、眶窗检测信号良好的60例患者分别在2个部位测定MCA的峰值流速、平均流速、舒张末期流速和脉动指数，对其中6例行MRI检查者测量了经颞及经眶的检测角度；另对25例颞窗双侧或一侧缺如者行眶窗检测MCA。

Methods Serum CEA and CA19-9 were detected by radio immunoassay in 38 patients of observation group with cholangiocarcinoma and carcinoma of ampulla before endoscopic retragrade cholangiopancreatography, took 5 ml bile to detecte CEA and CA 19-9 While ERCP, and took endoscopic biopsy for histopathological with the help of wise, recorded the feature of imaging. Bile CEA and CA19-9 were detected in 30 patients with unmalignant of contrast group in the same way.

观察组38例肝外胆管癌及壶腹癌患者在行ERCP检查前检测血清CEA及CA19-9，行ERCP检查时经造影导管抽取胆汁5ml用放免方法检测CEA及CA19-9，同时在导丝引导下自胆管咬取活检行病理检查，并记录影像学特征；同样，对照组30例非恶性病变患者在行ERCP检查时抽取5ml胆汁检测CEA及CA19-9。

Methods 232 patients with CIN diagnosed by cervix liquor tabular cell test and biopsy through vaginoscope were operated on by:LEEP,they were follow-up visited by TCT after three months,six months and two years.,those abnormality were re-checked by vaginoscopy and biopsy.
