The experimental group corneas were preserved by organ culture for 4 weeks, the corneal thickness was measured with ultrasonic corneal pachymeter. Then every corneas were divided into half -chip, there are 48 half-chip total. It was divided into 4 groups, there are 12 half-chip in every groups. The corneal endothelial cell density of 12 half-chip were counted through Alizarin Red-Trypan blue staining; 12 half-clip corneas were fixed with 4% neutral formalin solution, HE staining was performed, the expression of AQP-1 in corneal stroma and corneal endothelial cell were detected through immunohistochemical staining; Na~+-K~+-ATPase activities in 12 half-clip corneas were examined with Na~+-K~+-ATPase kit; the expression of AQP-1 mRNA were detected through real-time fluorescent quantitation PCR.

Methods:Fifty-six patients with metacarpal and phalangeal fractures who were reviewed in the study were divided into two groups:Group A and Group B.Thirty-two patients in Group A were treated with open reduction,Kirschner internal fixation and postoperative plaster splint external fixation.Other 24 patients in Group B were treated with open reduction,Mini-plate internal fixation,without any external fixation.

探讨直肠癌行低位Dixon手术，术中采用肠腔封闭式加压灌注检测及术后放置支架管引流对吻合口瘘的预防作用。1本组低位直肠癌患者经腹腔完成直肠癌直肠前切除吻合后，用肠钳在吻合口上端5cm处钳夹肠管，再经肛门插入1条22#Foley尿管，尿管球囊注入15~20mL水后向外拖动尿管至有明显阻力时停止。

Results One patient was complicated with prilnary non-function of the transplanted liver after liver transplantation;Five patients completed regained consciousness within 48 hours after operation; One patient complicated with acute renal failure;One patient complicated with acute liver cell rejection postoperatively and reversed after treatment;One male patient complicated with serious stomatocace;Two patients complicated with acute respiratory distress syndrome,underwent tracheotomy.
