Methods:Twelve patients with fresh transverse fracture of patella were reviewed in the study.The hemarthrosis,blood clot,fracture fragments and soft tissues between them were cleared with arthroscopy.With the help of C-arm X-ray,the fracture was reduced with manipulation method.After the articular facet reached anatomical reduction,two Kirschners were inserted percutaneously from proximal end to distal end of fracture to fix the fragments,Two hollow screw were put along the approach of Kirschners,and tension band fixation was performed with the shape of "8".Results:All the patients were followed up averagely 12.4 months.

12例新鲜髌骨横骨折患者通过关节镜清理关节腔内的血凝块、碎骨块和骨折块之间嵌顿的软组织，直视下观察骨折复位情况以指导骨折复位固定，在C形臂X线透视下帮助骨折复位，关节镜观察关节面解剖复位后，经皮从近折端向远折端平行打入2枚克氏针固定骨折块，顺克氏针拧入2枚中空螺钉，拔除克氏针，顺螺钉空心导入钢丝，行张力带&8&字固定。

Results: Four patients suffering from sudden dyspnea were subjected to emergency tracheotomy: of them, one patient died, one suffering from coma secondary to cerebral hernia and edema resumed sensation but regained hemiparalysis, and 2 were fully healed. The other three suffering from dyspnea of 2 to 3 degrees recovered after an intensive monitoring and a large dosage of steroid.

结果：7例患者中4例突发呼吸困难加重行紧急气管切开，其中死亡1例，发生脑疝脑水肿昏迷1例，经综合治疗神志恢复，遗留偏瘫，另外2例痊愈；其他3例发生2 3度呼吸困难，经严密监护观察，大剂量应用激素治愈。

After basal anesthesia, ilioinguinal/iliohypogastric nerve blockades was administed in nerve block group, paracetamol group received rectal paracetamol, control group had not any medication.

各组患儿行基础麻醉后，神经阻滞组行患侧髂腹股沟／髂腹下神经阻滞；对乙酰氨基酚组经肛门塞人直肠对乙酰氨基酚栓剂；对照组未予任何药物镇痛。

METHODS 24 patients diagnosed coarctation of aorta or interrupted aortic arch with congenital heart defects, aged 6 to 197 days average (78±58)days,weighed 2.3 to 5.6 kg average (4.0±0.8)kg,were randomly divided into DHCA group(n=15) and SACP group(n=9).Continuous SACP was established via the innominate artery cannulation after reaching target temperature, the flow rate was kept 15-30 ml/.

主动脉缩窄或主动脉弓中断合并心内畸形患儿24例，其中男20例，女4例，年龄6～197 (78±58)d，体重2.3～5.6(4.0±0.8)kg，随机分为DHCA组(15例)和SACP组(9例)，后者在降至目标温度后经无名动脉顺行插管行持续性SACP，灌注流量15～30 ml/。

It was achieved by intradural microanastomosis of the L6 ventral root to S2 ventral root. After axonal regeneration, the "patellar ligament-spinal cord center-bladder" reflex pathway was reestablished. The function of the reflex arc was observed by nerve electrophysiological experiment, detrusor electromyography experiment, urodynamic testing and HRP retrograde tracing before and in 8 months after the spinal cord was destroyed horizontally between S1 and S4 level. There was one case of conical SCI patient who had L1 fracture and paraplegia was received intradural microanastomosis of the L6 ventral root to S2 ventral root after Li fracture and paraplegia.

将Beagle犬L6前根近端与S2前根远端在硬膜内显微吻合，经一段时间的轴突再生后，建立&膝腱－脊髓中枢－膀胱&人工反射弧，术后8个月，在破坏S1~S4脊髓节段前后分别进行神经电生理、膀胱肌电图及尿流动力学和辣根过氧化物酶逆行示踪等检查；对1例L1压缩性骨折伴截瘫患者行右侧T11与52前根经腓肠神经移植硬膜内吻合术。

Objective To discuss CT features of Leiomyosarcoma on abdomen and to evaluate CT scanning in its diagnosis.

回顾性分析经手术或病理证实23例平滑肌肉瘤的CT表现，术前均行CT平扫，大部分行增强扫描。

RESULTS: In this series, 6 cases showed hematemesis, 2 showed melena and 5 showed both symptoms. All cases underwent endoscopic examination after being hospitalized; 11 cases received a positive diagnosis by endoscopy (11/13, 85%), the success rate of first endoscopic therapy was 91%(10/11), and 4 cases were treated by laparotomic surgery (4/13, 31%). Among them, definitive surgery was performed under the guidance of endoscopic hemoclipping in 2 patients who failed to be treated by endoscopy. In another 2 cases, diagnosis was missed by endoscopy and definite diagnosis was made only following exploratory operation or on the basis of pathology after the operation.

结果：13例患者临床表现为单纯呕血者6例，呕血伴黑便者5例，单纯黑便者2例，所有病例入院后均行内镜检查；其中11例经内镜确诊(11/13， 85%)，首次内镜治疗成功率为91%(10/11)。4例经手术治疗(4/13， 31%)，其中2例内镜治疗失败者在内镜钛夹指引下实施确定性手术，另2例内镜漏诊者靠手术探查或术后病理确诊。10例随访患者无1例复发。

Methods clinical data of 26 patients were retrospectively analyzed, including 15 with atrial septal defect, 10 with ventricular septal defect and one with mitral value replacement and the middle of the right lung resection. the intersection was at the right midaxillary line and the third rib as the upper margin of incision, and that of the midaxillary line and the sixth rib as the lower margin, going through the third or the fourth intercostal space.

回顾分析了26例经右腋下小切口行心内直视手术的临床资料，切口取右腋中线与第3肋的交点为上缘，腋中线与第6肋的交点为下缘，经第 4或第 3肋间入胸，其中房间隔缺损15例、室间隔缺损10例、二尖瓣置换+右肺中叶切除1例。

Antegrade urography via percutaneous needle or tube nephrostomy is of particular value when the obstructed kidney fails to excrete the radiopaque material on excretory urography. This procedure allows application of the Whitaker test, during which fluid is introduced into the renal pelvis at varying rates.

顺行时尿路造影：当阻塞的肾脏在排泄性尿路中造影剂不能排泄时，使用经皮针或者说导管行肾造瘘特别有价值，这种操作可施行Whitaker试验，在试验期间液体可以不同程度注入肾盂。
