3例外生型脑干胶质瘤1例经翼点入路，2例经枕下乙状窦后入路均采用显微外科手术，术后一周行伽马刀放射治疗。

Results: The PINOF crossed the anterior midline of the radial head and then descended laterally. The site of it entering the supinator was about (13.8±4.2)mm below the superior edge of radius with the distance of (3.2±1.1)mm from the anterior midline of radius. 结果：骨间后神经越过桡骨头上缘前方中线稍偏外斜向外下方走行，距桡骨头上缘(13.8±4.2)mm、桡骨前方中线外侧(32±1.1)mm处经旋后肌腱弓深方入旋后肌管，走行于旋后肌深浅两层之间，在桡骨头上缘下方(42.6±6.5)mm越过桡骨外侧中线，在桡骨头上缘下方(63.4±7.6)mm越过桡骨后平面。

Results: Among the 11 cases who were conducted total synovectomy by shaver, there were 6 recrudescent cases acquired open total synovectomy, 1 recrudescent cases acquired arthroscopic total synovectomy again. Among the 7 cases who were conducted total synovectomy by shaver plus electrofrequence technique, there was 1 recrudescent cases, no recurrences was found in 6 cases during the followed up period.

材料与方法1 一般资料：1999年7月至2 0 0 4年1月我院经CT检查的胃肠穿孔的患者13例，其中男8例，女5例；年龄19～6 5岁，平均4 0 2岁。13例均行腹部CT平扫及站立位腹部X线平片检查，其中6例先行CT检查后行X线检查。8例既往有胃、十二指肠溃疡病史，2例有明显腹部外伤史。10例表现为突发上腹部疼痛、腹肌紧张，1例表现为明显右下腹部疼
