Article 68 Any party liable for any of the following violation against this Code is subject to the order of the competent public health authority for correction within the specified period in addition to a fine between RMB 50,000 yuan and RMB 300,000 yuan; severe violating practices are subject to the compulsory discontinuation of the occupational-disease-inductive operation or shut-up of the occupational-disease-inductive organization by the competent people's government within the authority granted by the State Council

第六十八条违反本法规定，有下列情形之一的，由卫生行政部门责令限期治理，并处五万元以上三十万元以下的罚款；情节严重的，责令停止产生职业病危害的作业，或者提请有关人民政府按照国务院规定的权限责令关闭

In particular, medical personnel engaging in medical treatment, disease prevention and healthcare activities at institutions for medical treatment, disease prevention and healthcare shall be collectively reported by their employer institutions to health administration departments of the people's governments at or above the county level for registration and the issuance of certificate of practicing doctor in accordance with requirements stipulated in this law.

其中在医疗、预防、保健机构中从事医疗、预防、保健业务的医务人员，依照本法规定的条件，由所在机构集体核报县级以上人民政府卫生行政部门，予以注册并发给医师执业证书。

All the medical workers who are engaged in medical treatment, disease-prevention or healthcare in a medical treatment, disease-prevention or healthcare institution shall, in conformity with the requirements prescribed in this Law, together be examined and reported by the institution where they work to the administrative department for public health of the people's government at or above the county level for registration and the issue of doctor's licenses.

其中在医疗、预防、保健机构中从事医疗、预防、保健业务的医务人员，依照本法规定的条件，由所在机构集体核报县级以上人民政府卫生行政部门，予以注册并发给医师执业证书。

If they are medical workers engaging in services of medical treatment, prevention or health care in institutions of medical treatment, prevention or health care, the institutions to which they belong shall report the case as a whole upon rectification to the administrative department of health under the people's government at or above the county level and registration shall be granted and the practicing certificates of doctors shall be issued to them in line with the conditions as prescribed in this Law .
