Campus culture will from the value conception which process is also the management models. As the result, forming good campus culture will affect, the school managers" value conception which will also affect the manage action from the deciding action and leady action , so it is proved it possible to make the model of school management based on campus culture. But in fact, the function of the campus culture can"t work fully.

因此，建设优良的校园文化，将影响学校管理者的价值观，它会在决策行为和领导行为两个方面对学校管理行为产生影响，因此又一次说明建立以&校园文化为核心的学校管理模式&的可行性，而在实际工作中，校园文化的管理功能有时并未充分地发挥，正是由于学校管理者不同的价值观和思维方式造成的，例如思想意识上不重视、组织目标不明确、认为客观环境不理想等。

Observation Form on Behaviour: According to modole of Situation-Reaction-Consequence, make oberservation and record on our own behavior, minumum five times fill in the Observation Form, registrate those unsatisfying behaviour, which has a certain negtive consequences.

The used behaviors /PATTERNING as a design strategy:By translating or imitating the accreting appearance of the nature,this project's main idea is to represent and struct a system of the biotope.On the first site, I use the strategy to observe the using behavior and walking routes in the environment,then the working system is bring naturally.The second site,I exploit all relations between water system and activities of daily livings to construct the scales of systemic types and new-used behaviors.It is an open system for a particular area.
