This study uses the soil parameter reduction coefficients to model the seismic pile responses affected by liquefied soils. One dimensional wave equation analyses were conducted for the solutions. Based on the bore-hole data and nearby seismic record, the soil parameter reduction coefficients of liquefied layers can be obtained through a pre-analysis for liquefaction potential of the site. The reduction coefficients were used to reduce the soil modulus for liquefied soils, and the lumped mass analysis is performed to obtain the free-field response of the site. The ground deformations are superimposed onto the pile elements for discrete wave equation analysis, and the non-linear pile responses can be simulated through the modified Bouc-Wen model. Thus the deformations and failure mechanism of the pile are able to investigate.

中文摘要本研究之土质参数折减系数模式，系以一维波动方程模拟地盘液化状态下之桩基础动力反应，依据现场土层钻探资料与邻近测站之地震纪录，由土壤液化潜能评估法配合日本相关规范求得液化土层之土质参数折减系数，以此系数对土壤强度模数进行折减，并使用集中质块法求取自由场之地盘液化反应，再以此为前置解作用於桩基础之波动方程求解，桩身刚度以简化之Bouc-Wen模式模拟其非线性行为，以了解液化地盘内基桩之变形行为与破坏机制。

Firstly relied on the "Principal-Agent" theory, it will go through the microcosmic model analysis of corrupt behavior, including the avail analysis of "Defalcation corrupt behavior" and the equilibrium analysis of "Rent-seeking corrupt behavior", and then it will conclude some important factors which influence the corrupt behavior, such as the probability to be lighted, the salary of the officials, the degree and extent of the punishment and so on.Then it will go deep into the institutional analysis of the complicated corrupt phenomena. Relied on the institutional economics, this text will expound elaborate that during the compelling transformation of institutions, the structure of public power has an essential change. On the one hand, government has given up much public power; on the other hand, the cooperation mode between the government, the market and the society has not been perfected. So on account of the unbalance of public power structure, the disfigurement or blankness of the institutions was one of the vital institutional causes of the corruption.

首先以"委托——代理"理论为依托，对"贪污型腐败行为"和"寻租型腐败行为"进行微观的模型分析，通过对"贪污型腐败行为"的效用分析和"寻租型腐败行为"的均衡分析，推导出影响腐败行为的几个主要因素，如腐败的查处概率、政府官员的薪金、惩罚力度、个人的风险态度、租金的来源、市场主体的自主性、对行贿者的惩戒力度等等；接着对当前普遍而复杂的公共权力腐败现象进行深入的制度分析，运用制度经济学的理论，分析我国在强制性制度变迁过程中公共权力架构发生了本质的转变，政府在市场化的进程中一方面确实下放了很多公共权力，但另一方面市场和社会并没有充分发展起新的协作模式以弥补制度变迁过程中形成的制度缺陷或制度真空，因此，公共权力架构的失衡所形成的制度缺陷或制度空白成为了当前腐败蔓延的制度原因。

Secondly ,it is the main body of this thesis-research of patterns of integration of modern information technology and analytic geometry .1 put forward three patterns of classroom integration in the directions of three study theories : imparting integral pattern in the direction of behaviorism ,guiding integral pattern in the direction of cognition and construction integral pattern in the direction of constructionism .And then I list relevant examples of classes and the corresponding styles of classes and give concrete explanations according to different integral patterns .

其次在现代信息技术与解析几何的整合的模式研究部分，也是本文的主要部分，提出了在三种学习理论指导下的三种课程整合模式：行为主义学习理论指导下的传授型整合模式，认知主义学习理论指导下的引导型整合模式，建构主义学习理论指导下的建构型整合模式，并对不同的整合模式举出相应的课例和分别适用的课型做出了具体的说明。

By comprehending the correlative knowledge of the organization characteristic for Wintelism, this paper has systematically explains the content of the conception, characteristic and hypostases of Wintelism, and then totally expounded its industrial organization pattern and domino effect. By the analysis of the actuality of the auto industry, it expatiate the structure, conduct and performance of the market in use of the SCP pattern. Comparing with the traditional pattern of Fordism and TPS, it expatiate the industrial competitive advantage of Wintelism, based on which the paper analyses the condition to optimize our automobile industrial organization. 本文通过对温特模式的产业组织特点等相关知识的梳理，系统地阐述了温特模式的概念、特点和本质等内容，全面分析了其产业组织方式和产业经济效应；通过对我国汽车产业的现状分析，利用产业组织理论的&SCP范式&对我国汽车产业的市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效进行深入剖析；通过与传统的&福特模式&和&丰田模式&的纵向比较分析，阐述了温特模式的产业竞争优势，基于此，对我国汽车产业组织优化的条件进行分析，系统地研究了产业组织优化的原则、路径选择、实现方式和实施措施，并最后得出了我国汽车产业组织优化的最佳路径就是温特模式的寡占结构的结论。

The second part of it has discuss the the customer value and the value chain of the retail enterprise. It also has discuss the two kinds of the customers of the retail enterprise and point out the action character of the extension customer and the connotation customer. At this part it has given out the three mode of the CRM of the retail enterprise.

The conclusion established some ways to improve the credit risk management such as optimize the national-owned enterprises and commercial banks operation structure; establish new relationship between banks and corporations; optimize bank's internal control system; balancing corporate financing ways, eliminate corporate over-dependency on bank's credit assets, and remove information asymmetric contributed by credit sales.

本文在分析和评述国内外银行信贷资产安全性相关理论的基础上，对银行信贷资产安全性与流动性、盈利性之间的关系、信贷资产安全性的概念、分类进行了界定和分析，在对影响商业银行信贷资产安全性共性因素和我国信贷资产安全性现状进行深入剖析的基础上，紧密结合中国银行业的实际，结合信息经济学、行为金融学的有关理论从产权制度、公司治理结构、融资行为、投资行为、内部控制等方面深入分析了借款企业行为、商业银行行为、政府行为及社会信用环境对信贷资产安全性的影响机理，特别是重点分析了信息不对称条件下商业银行信贷资产安全性生成机理，较系统、全面地论述了影响我国商业银行信贷资产安全性的特殊因素，并运用logistic等统计方法进行信贷资产安全性判别进行了实证研究，构建了我国商业银行信贷资产安全性判别模型，最后在此基础上提出了不断健全完善公司治理结构，树立市场化的新型银企关系；完善商业银行内部控制制度，强化内控执行机制；优化企业融资模式，降低企业对商业银行信贷资金的过度依赖；有效缓解商业银行信贷经营活动中面临的信息不对称程度等加强商业银行信贷资产安全性管理和控制的措施与建议。

In this paper, RIEMS(Regional Environment Integrated Modeling System)designed by TEA-RC(START Regional Center for Temperate East Asia)was used to run a 10-year simulation in East Asia to analyze and assess the statistical behavior of RIEMS by the means of analyzing mean climate, extreme events and inter-annual variability. NCEP reanalysis data are used as driving fields.
