The meaning of forgey in various legislation comprises visible forgery and invisible forgery.Visible forgery is the man,who has no right to make documents,personates other's nominal and makes documents.Invisible forgery is the man,who has right to make documents,makes false documents.The difference between them is whether the nominal person and manufacturer are identical.The purpose of penalizing invisible forgery is it infringes upon documents' evidence.

对于伪造，我国学说和司法实践较为关注无制作权限人的非法制作文书的行为，对有制作权限者所从事的制作内容虚伪文书行为却重视不够，但从伪造文书罪的保护法益来看，无形伪造的行为也侵犯了文书的社会信用，有必要加以刑事处罚；另外，在理论上和实践中区分两种不同情形的伪造，有利于明确刑事立法的宗旨，推动立法的改进和理论研讨的深入。

First of all, a systematic study on adsorption properties of the four phenolic compounds (phenol, p-chlorophenol, p-cresol and p-nitrophenol) on MX-4, AM-1 and NJ-8 was carried out, and a comparison of the adsorption behavior between the new resins and Amberlite XAD-4 was also made. In addition, the impact of the resin structure and the property of a specific compound on adsorption behavior was discussed herein.

On the basis of careful study of the criminal laws about bribery and their evolution histories in foreign countries , the author believed that the social relation that could be destroied by this kind of crime si the necessity of public officers" clean-and-honest , and accepting bribes isunlawful conduct by virtue of their power of office . In this way the author demonstrated that making benifit for bribers is not necessary for the existence of the crime . As a consequence the author held that it should be excluded from the crime"s requirements .

To these aims, 65 primary school students were divided into two groups by Conners Teacher Rating Scales: behavior disordered and normal students firstly. Secondly , based on the characters scales, we analysed the characters of the initial sandtray of the 65 students. Last used logistic regression on the date of the two ones in order to find the diagnostic characters of behaviors problem children.

This article is mainly a discussion on the spiritual damage compensation for close relatives of victim under the situations of damage to right of life, damage to the right of health and damage to the right of personality of the dead, which is based on an introduction and comparison of the concerned foreign legal regulations and academic theories and in combination with the legal practice in China Wherefore the author put forwards his own ideas as following: first, Under the condition that there is a distance of time between injury and death, the close relatives of the dead shall inherit the right of claim for spiritual damage compensation of the dead for the suffering before his death, in addition to their own intrinsic right of claim for spiritual damage compensation; The second, under the condition that the inflictor has caused the disablement of the sufferer or serious damage to his health, the close relative in a limited cycle of the sufferer should be granted with the right of claim for spiritual damage compensation, which is confirmed in law and becomes a practice in foreign countries; The third, since the aim of the law to protect the personality of the dead from infringement is to protect the benefits of the close relatives of the dead and to maintain public benefits, is constituted on the personality of the dead the close relative of the dead may initial legal proceeding for spiritual damage compensation.

探讨以介绍和比较国外相关法律规定和学术理论为前提，结合我国的实际情况，从理论与实践相结合的角度对以上各问题分别进行了分析，并提出了作者自己的一些见解：第一、在公民从受伤害到死亡有一段时间距离的情形下，死者的近亲属除依法享有其固有的精神损害赔偿请求权以外，还可以继承死者生前就其所受之精神损害而享有的精神损害赔偿请求权；第二、在加害人的行为已造成直接受害人残疾，或者是造成其健康严重受损的其他后果的情形下，我国应在借鉴国外已有立法和判例的基础上，赋予一定范围内的受害人近亲属以精神损害赔偿请求权；第三、法律保护死者人格不受侵害的目的是为了保护死者近亲属的利益和维护公共利益，一般情形下，只要死者近亲属能证明其诉讼主体的合法性，能够证实侵害&死者人格&的行为已构成侵权，即可推定死者近亲属因此而遭受了精神痛苦——无须举证的&名义上的精神损害&，死者近亲属即可提起精神损害赔偿之诉。

Initially, assuming that the contact between cam and tappet is"dry contart", a dynamics model of Hertzin contact stiffness and impact damping is established. Next, with dynamic load on cam—tappet pair from the model, an analysis is made both to unsteady EHD oil film in cam—tappet pair under condition of full and partial lubrtication and to wear characteristics of cam profile. then, according to the fact that the lubrication in cam—tappet contact surface is EHD lubrication, taking the interaction between stiffness and damping of unsteady EHD oil film and rigidity of solid object contact into account, a dynamics equation of valve train relating to the dynamic effect of EHD oil film is built up and solved. Consequently, a further study is made on the dynamic characteristics of valve train under interaction of EHD oil film dynamic behavior and the problem of EHD lubrication in cam—tappet pair. Finally, the dynamic effect of full and partial EHD oil film is studied accordingly.
